S/R to Birikote -Daha Via. Baibilli road under Periodical Maintenance for the year 2025- 26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement.

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates using IRC Gr-II size granite metal to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requsite type of screening / blinding materials as crusher dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing & applying Primer coat including all cost, conveyance, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (By Mechanical Means)

Providing & applying Tack coat including all cost, conveyance, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (By Mechanical Means) Over Granular base (3 Kg/10 Sqmt)

Over BT Surface (2 Kg/10 Sqmt)

Providing Surface dressing with 12 Kg penetration grdae of bitumen and 0.15 cum of 19mm nominal size chips per sqm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR but excluding cost and conveyance of chips. (To be used for minor repair works Unit= Sqm)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects

Earth work in excavation for structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m,dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches excavated suitable material.

Providing and filling clean dry sand of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation and plinth in 9" thick layer well watered and rammed incl. cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials etc.

Providing Cement Concrete M-15 nominal mix (1:2.5:5) for plain/reinforced concrete in Open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Sub-structure

Providing weepholes in brick masonary / stone masonary/plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wingwall , return wall with 100mm dia. AC pipeextending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing.
