Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)
Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

KPWD LICENSE
Applications should be completely accompanied by the copies of Registration certificates of the establishment under Department of Labour, Govt. of Karnataka, PAN, GST, Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance, Security staff Tax and ISO certificate with latest renewals.( If fails to upload the above document then the tender will be rejected)
Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work or Any Manpower Service of value not less than. Rs. 14.48 lakhs (usually not less than50% estimated value of contract)
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years 2021-22, to 2025-26
achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial financial turnover of Rs. 28.96 lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract for works costing upto Rs.100 lakhs.annual payments under this contract)
Bidder shall not be involved in any case or Charge under investigation /enquiry/trial against the Tenderer, Convicted in a court of Law or Suspended or Blacklisted by any Organisation on any basis.
GST CERTIFICATE
Credit facilities of no less than Rs.8.69 lakhs/- (Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period).
Tenders should be accompanied by copies of Income Tax and service/GST tax Returns for the last 5 years i.e.,, 2021-22 to 2025-26.
