Shifting of utilities and fabrication of service ramp and repairs to compound wall at designated spots and other allied associated works in Mechanical and Hospital Sub-Division 1st Anantnag.

Dismantling of old damaged car wash shed by way of:- a) Removal or shifting of car wash equipment, pumps, motors, tank, compressor or electric panel to safer place, Disconnection of all electric, water or underground service. b) Removing Tin sheets from walls and roof including screws, bolts and damaged foundation or heavy RCC pedestal. c) Dismantling iron angle frame, rusted/welded joints and lowering members safely. d) Segregation of reusable steel, tin sheets, bolts and waste and disposal of leftover debris and scrap as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling of RCC ramp by way of using pneumatic breaker/manual means including breaking concrete, cutting reinforcement, stacking serviceable steel. Disposal of debris at dumping location including unloading and spreading.

Fabrication of Service ramp of size 20’x12’ and Shed for shifting service station utilities of size 8’x8’x10’ to be made out of ISMC channels and MS Angle iron and using Tin sheets including fixing complete job as directed by Engineer in charge. The material shall be provided by the department excluding consumable items.

Surface dressing of the ground (25’x30’) including vegetation and in equalities and then Providing and laying of stone soling handpicked including all carriages, loading and unloading etc.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:All kinds of soil lead upto 25 mtrs from cutting edge

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing Polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 1000 litres, Triple layer , ISI: 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangements and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes.

Providing and Fixing CPVC pipes of nominal outer dia 20mm including all fittings. The job also includes testing of joints and external work including trenching, refilling etc

Brick work with common burnt clay(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in: 6.1.4 cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement:4 coarse sand)
