INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS ,with stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal area ) single core , flame retardant low smoke and low halogen FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed , 1100 V grade conforming to IS 694 ,marked multi stranded copper conductor including PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 20mm dia with all fittings and accessories, concealed type/ surface type (surface type only on ceiling), PVC junction boxes, modular metal sunken/flush boxes of any modules from 2 to 18 Modules with Inner and outer modular cover plates, including FRLSH flame retardant low smoke and low halogen rigid PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area )single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- 1. Cutting/chasing of wall etc. deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. 2. Modular metal flush/sunken Box along with modular cover plate & sheet are inclusive in the item rate quoted. 3. Only switch socket and fan regulators to be measured and paid separately

Note: (i) Three runs each of one RM of 2.50 sqmm cable together with conduit shall be considered as 1 running meter for payment purpose.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

H.D.P.E. Double Wall Corrugated(DWC) Pipes(ISI marked) 150 mm bore SN-4 Class as per IS 16098 part II for nonpressure Underground drainage and Sewerage applications with specials including cost all O ring coupler etc. , laid in trenches on concrete bed to level /gradient ,joiting with appropriate class fittings as per manufacturer's instructions including jointing accessories and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

H.D.P.E. ROAD, PATH AND CULVERTS

Providing, Laying, compaction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications i.e Grading II, conforming to Clause 401 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne to achieve the desired density, 150 mm thick compacted thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying. compaction of Wet Mix Macadam conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) , 250 mm thick (compacted thickness,125 mm thick in two separate layers) with mechanically crushed graded stone aggregates and granular material (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ), grading of aggregates as per Table 400-13 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) ,including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density , required gradient and camber etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: 1. The WMM shall be laid in two layers i.e each layer of 125 mm thick (compacted thickness). 2. For payment purpose,both layers shall be considered as one unit.

Preparation of un-surfaced Wet Mix macadam (WMM) surfaces by sweeping clean by power broom or mechanical sweepers and removing completely all loose material and other foreign material and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming coat on un-surfaced wet mix macadam surfaces conforming to Clause 502 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion SS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq metres using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying & compaction of Bituminous Macadam (BM) 50 mm Compacted thickness conforming to Clause 504 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), using mechanically crushed stone aggregates and granual material etc. of grading II as per Table 500-7 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), premixed with bituminous binder, Bitumen grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 3.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Mix Design for bituminous macadam shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less than 3.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 504.2.4 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumenand if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.

Preparation of bituminous surfaces and applying evenly a Tack coat conforming to Clause 503 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion RS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 2.5 kg per 10 sq metres using using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer conforming to clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler, 5.5% binder (paving Bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved Job Mix Formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen to the specific temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives as per mix design in Hot Mix Plant (Batch Type) of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks, or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber thorough rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less than 5.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii)The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula from lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MoRT&H specifications entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8 -10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smoooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause No 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete ( M-35 grade) interlocking paver block, manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, (with grey cement and pigment) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50mm thick cushion of coarse sand & filling the joints after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

SUMMER APPLIANCES

Supply installation commissioning of Refrigerators, double door, frost free, five star rating electric driven (single phase) of storage capacity 300 litres or nearest capacity as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed .

Supply installation commissioning of metal top Deep freezer single phase 240 Volts 50 HZs of storage capacity 400 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissiong of Water cooler partially stainless steel electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity of 80 ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 40 ltrs per hour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissiong of Water cooler partially stainless steel electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity of 120 ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 60 ltrs per hour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Desert cooler electric driven (single phase) with outer body made of PGI (Plain Galvanised Iron) sheet not less than 1.20 mm thickness for fixed part,thickness of PGI (Plain Galvanised Iron) sheet for shutter not less than 0.80 mm thickness,front grill made of PGI (Plain Galvanised Iron) sheet with minimum weight 2.80 kgs,overall outer size not less than 66 cm X 66 cm X 99 cm (Height) ,copper wounded fan motor having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 cum per hour and submersible pump for required flow of water complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in cooler stands with brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape,gusset plates,rails,braces,holdfats etc including necessary grouting on walls and necessary PCC work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed as per Drg (TD no 279).

Supply, installation, testing and commissionig Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250V copper wound with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5 % and of capacity 1 KVA.complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm (internal size) with 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm including provision of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on mild steel cover & frame including necessary excavation , returning , filling , removal , plastering in CM 1:4 internally and externally complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains for 80 mm dia pipe (including all fittings),with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints,cutting cast iron pipes and reducing to required length for insertion of new tees,branches including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) cross sectional area 50 sq. mm, 3.5 core,stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) cross sectional area 16 sq. mm, 4 core,stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) cross sectional area 10 sq. mm, 4 core,stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified.

LED post top lantern copper dust painted cast aluminium spigot,spun aluminium canopy with clear acrylic cover light fitting including 40 watt LED lamp with diffuser and aluminium painted reflector and suitable dia of GI pipe for mounting the fitting, prewired complete with all accessories.

Earthing with 600x600x6mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. Strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt/machinery etc. incl charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate in alternate layer in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I-2009 including chamber made up of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover, 20mm dia light grade G.I. Pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI Strip more than 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including 4 mm galvanised earth lead wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25(Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I (1991). NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. The NOTE:- Unit rate includes for protecton pipe 20mm and GI earth wire 4mm from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level. (Qty= 4 Nos for External Electrification)

RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS

Drilling of bore of size 150 mm dia by direct rotary mechanical system for injection well in any kind of soil strata including hard stone / boulders all as specified and directed. Note : 03 Nos of bore to be done, each of depth upto 50 mtrs. The drilling carried out with Rotary drilling method (Direct/Reverse) to the depth of 50 Metre. The bore hole should be electrically logged for precise delination of aquifers (coarse granular and fine grained sediments) to be taped for recharging purpose. The actual design of recharge well will depend on the results on strata chart and electrical log. The PVC pipe and screen of 150mm dia having 1.5mm slot width may be used against granular zones, as it has more open area for the entrance of water.

Reaming of bore well from 150 mm dia to 300 mm dia hole below the ground level upto 50 mtrs in any kind of strata of soil / boulders / rocks etc all as specified and directed. Note : 03 Nos of bore to be done, each of depth upto 50 mtrs at different locations.

Supply, assembling and lowering HDPE blind casing pipe, wall thickness not less than 10 mm, heavy grade of size 150mm dia material grade PE 80 PN 6 socketed including, fitting rivetting, jointing and lowering in bore hole, conforming to IS 12818 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 83 here in before but slotted pipe having slots of size 1.5mm width complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC / MS bail plug assembly suitable for 150 mm dia bore PVC casing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC/MS well cap alongwith 1" dia nut ball 150 mm bore suitable for 150 mm dia bore PVC casing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel clamp, 1050mm long made out of mild steel flat of size 100 mm wide, 15 mm thick suitable for casing pipe of 150 mm dia, in two halves with suitable bolts, nuts and washers, including two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Development of injection bore with compressed air with diesel engine operated compressor for number of houres till free flow of water in well as injected in bore all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Pea Gravel size 2 mm aggregate free from admixture, dust clay and screened properly, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
