Preparation of sub grade including trenching, rough dressing of spoil, final dressing of earth, to given levels and camber, watering, rolling with road roller and compacting the bed (HSR 24.1) Note:- In widening portion sub grade will be prepared with the use of Baby roller (HSR 24.1) or width of excavation should be made sufficient wide to accommodate road roller. Extra width required for compaction of sub grade shall not be paid and its expenditure shall be in incidental to the work.

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth. Kassi work undressed involving an average horizontal throw upto 2 metres, and an average vertical lift upto 0.05 metre including breaking of clods (HSR 6.2a)

Providing and laying 150mm thick granular sub base consisting of drainage layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading –VI of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer.

Providing & laying 75mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-II) 53mm to 22.4mm gauge wearing coat to water bound macadam in layer of 75mm each using screening type ‘B’ compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desire density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects.(N.S.) Providing and laying 80mm thick ISI Marked interlocking paver blocks conforming to IS : 15658:2006/ IRC SP 63-2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix Cement M-40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respects. (HSR 10.159)

Manufacturing, supplying and laying of precast cement concrete rectangular block (0.45 M x 0.30 M x 0.15 M) M-30 grade using minimum cement concrete 340 Kg/ per cum with digital batching plant duly compacted with table vibration including setting in position over bed prepared with 25mm thick fine sand and filling up the joints with fine sand (NS).

Preparation of berms including filling of Earth Work, excavation and cutting of earth in all kind of soils including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift, but including Compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc. and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305 and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer of the work conforming to PWD specification No. 6.2 and 6.3 and 3.2 and the other specification 1990 Ist edition. As per X-section attached at DNIT at Section-5. This item also includes E/W if required in sub grade for Widening and Shoulder. Earth used for sub grade, shoulder and berms should have minimum CBR of 8%. Note:-No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer.

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc., in all of soils, not kinds exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres. Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for R.C.C. works, where no included in the complete rate of R.C.C. including Straightening, bending, binding, wastage, oberlaps, welded joijts, space bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. From the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calculated in tones on the basis of IS-1732. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. (HSR 18.22)

Providing, lowering, cutting, jointing and testing 600mm dia RCC pipe Class NP-3 as per IS 458-2003 with Spigot and socketed joints manufactured with ISI marked Sulphate Resistance Cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked , antitermite as required at site , into trenches, for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignments, gradients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches , if required , Jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and with end dowels filled with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc. as fully described in (HSR item No 29.38,29.44,29.45 & 29.46) including cartage , loading and unloading complete in all respects. Note:- Contractor shall supply bill of manufacture of pipes. Pipes should bear name of manufacturer and ISI mark along with bill duly valid ISI certificate of manufacturer should be supply. Without these bills certificate no payment shall be released.

Providing & fixing public information board consisting of 75 mm GI Pipe of size 2.45 m x 1.15 m with 900 mm x 900 mm GI sheet 16 gauge connected/ welded with 5 mm thick steel plate of 50 mm duly painted as per column mentioned in the Drawing and fixing at site in 60 x 60 x 75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of shoulder mounted Chevron boards of various sizes using non metallic micro prismatirc retro reflective sheet conforming to IRC:6 7 -2012 type lV HIP specification fixed on 3 mm thick Aluminium Composit Peanel having 0 .5m m thick Aluminium on both sides supported on Mild Steel Pipe leg post 80mm N B, 1 .6mm thick duly painted in alternative color of black and white embeded M-20 Grade concret foundation of size 450 mmx 450m mx 600mm , complete as per drawing Technical Specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
