Providing and fitting of aluminum cable from transformer to stabilizer for revival of lift irrigation station with allied works of Lift Irrigation Station Beaspur parlah and Providing, fitting of copper cable from control panel to starter at Lift irrigation station Harapeer.
Providing and fitting of aluminum cable 3.5 core 150 sq mm from LT side of transformer to voltage stabilizer after replacing existing damaged single core aluminum cable. The total length of cable required will be 70 ft. with crimping of aluminum thimbles on both sides. The complete cable has to be laid in ground with PVC 3 inch dia pipe from stabilizer to lift irrigation station. For laying of PVC pipe, trench have to be dug from electric sub station to lift irrigation station and after laying of PVC pipe earth have to be refilled again. Providing and fitting of 35 sq mm copper cable from control panel to starter of pumping units 1 and 2, by replacing existing damaged aluminum cable from the lift irrigation station. Total length of cable required will be 36 meters. The cable must be divided in to small parts as per site conditions and all the ends of copper cables must be thimble with copper thimbles. The copper cables must be enclosed in PVC flexible pipe. Fitting of MCCB in control panel at lift irrigation station, Harapeer after removing the MCCB from control panel laying at Lift irrigation station, Burejal. The job includes cost of material, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, transportation charges and carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load that is 1 km’s from Radha swami satsang ghar for lift irrigation station Beaspur parlah and 1.5 km’s for lift irrigation station Harapeer. Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Dimensions can vary by +- 5 percent. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
