The contractor shall attend to the office of Engr-in-Charge daily in persion or through his authorised representative with necessary T&P and collect the day to day complaint with respect to the area of contract against Item No. 2 to 18, 57, 58 and 65 to 68.

NOTE: (i) The contractor shall maintain a regular sufficient manpower to attend all th complaints provided by JE/Engr-in-Charge on day-to-day basis. The non adherence to this condition shall lead to recovery of Rs. 200/- per day for each complaint pending for more than 24 Hrs. (ii) Rate of Other items like screws, nuts, insulation tape, copper wire of diferent size upto 01 mtr length etc are covered under Item No. 2 to 18, 57, 58 and 65 to 68
