Providing and fitting by way of replacement of damaged / wornout parts of 140 ampere rating 415v, 3 phase LT control panel cum fault analyzer cum auto starter installed at pumping station Mansar. The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. Repair to fault analyzer cum controller. Replacement of MNX-140 ampere-2nos. (Main and delta) contactor with a new one of same rating and specifications after extraction of old contactor. Assembling the unit, shifting back to site, fitment, making electrical connections and testing of the equipment, on no load and thereafter on full load. Job also includes replacement of 2.5” CI sluice valve with new 2.5” CS sluice valve of same rating and specifications including welding of flanges if required at site. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
