Taking down and dismounting defective transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity 25 KVA to 75 KVA from foundation/ pole by using crane and transporting to workshop or factory (authrorised for such repair) fo repair after disconnecting HV side HT cable or HT aluminium conductor and LV side LT cable , dismantling the same for repair & renewal of unserviceable parts and reassembling complete ,spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled grey paint after preparation of old surface writing MES No with white paint of suitable size letter and transporting to back from workshop to site, installation on plate form/pole, testing & commissioning to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for ser item No 1 to 3 :- Spare parts i.e transformer oil, copper winding wire for rewinding shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for taking out unserviceable core and limb and HV/LV winding of transformer and taking out burnt copper winding wire cleaning carefully an rewinding the same with new superior quality 99.99% pure copper enamelled wire as per existing gauge including insulating material for transformer 25 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

Dehydration of transformer oil (mounted on poles/platform etc) with the help of filtering and drying plant by mechanical machines of suitable capacity to achieve dielectric strength of 50 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : For any capacity of Transformer)

Supply only transformer oil for topping up of transformers any capacity all as conforming to IS - 335 at different transformers & different locations. Note:- (i) The dielectric strength of the transformer oil must be 45 KV r.m.s (min). (ii) Test certificate in respect of the same to be submitted by the contractor duly signed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Opening the binding wire from pin / disc insulator on PCC pole 11 meter long for re-stretching the ACSR conductor upto permissible limits, after re-stretching without kinks & bends, binding the pin / disc insulator with appropriate size of aluminium binding wire complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge. NOTE: (i) The above work includes dismenteling & opening Jumpers & cross arms nut and bolts and reassembling after restreching, clearing/ prooning of tree branches falling around the conductors. (ii) Cost of binding wire deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra amount shall be paid to this acccount.

Opening the binding wire from "J" hook or opening nut, bolts of cross arms on PCC pole 11 meter long for re-stretching the galvanised iron earth wire any size, after re-stretching without kinks & bend , binding the "J" hook with appropriate size of aluminium binding wire or fixing with appropriate size of nut, bolts, washers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge. M&L for switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators (12 Insulators Vertical type operated) and MS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 200 Amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers etc also including drop out expulsion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work and including taking down old switch air break gang operated complete all as specified. (Note:- Stack for fixing with poles shall be measure and paid separately).

Supply, lay, test and commissioning of LT, under ground XLPE insulated, heavy duty, 1100V grade of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core electric cable with aluminum conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed, laid in trenches or passing through pipe, making all connections with and including provision of necessary glands, lugs, bushing etc as required including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes:- Note : Earthwork excavation sand cushioning, Jodhpur Stone patti, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately in their respective items.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in Soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00m depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated Soft/Disintegrated rock in layers all as specified & directed at site.

Removing excavated Soft/Disintegrated rock to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured).

Supplying and laying Jodhpur stone quarry faced stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 50 to 60 cm long and 40 to 50 mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cables for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair GI pipe light grade of dia 80 mm laying in road and along with poles for cable protection complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply ,Transportation, fixng and errection of prestressed cement concerte pole 11 mtr long, miximum cross section 152mmx152mm at top and 152mm x 260 mm at bottom class-9 conforming to IS 01678 and including making alternate white and black strips 30cm height (total No-05 Nos), primer two cots of synthetic enamle paint oer a coat of primer complte all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and Taking down old climbing device and fixing of new anti climbing device, comprising 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel-2 strand barbed wire with 2.00 mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 mtr clamped and properly secured or as orded (clamps measured seperatly all as specified).

S&F in repair Expulsion Fuses with fues barel, single pole for HT 11 KV station class type above 25 & upto 50 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate for foundation of stay assembly struts or pole etc complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate for coping around poles including necessary form work finishing even and smoth with out using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of PCC pole/struts as specified including necessary form work finishing even and smoth with out using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for painting tranformer complete by removing existing oil paint by scrapping and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces including writing SM / MES numbers and date of oil tested etc. all as directed by Engr-In-Charge and applying one coat of cement base paint on transformer plinth complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity:-

Transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 75 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV.

Transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV.

Transformer of capacity 250 to 630 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV.

Servicing the 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact, disc/ pin insulator with CTC and applying the petroleum jelly at the contact point/ down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted/ corroded bolts & nuts and defective insulator of GOD as required complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note :- Insulator shall be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule.

Dismantling, taking down and removing the old existing unsv non-functional/broken hinges of any description and in any postiion of existing feeder piller boxes/panel boards/feeder pillar boxes etc and supplying and fixing new cold rolled 100mm long medium weight mild steel but hines in position with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangments complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : All Hinges fixed in one panel shall be considred under one job only).

Taking down or removing of rusted body part/panel door existing LT Panel feeder pillar box of any size and shap, supply, fixing and febrication in existing, shap and size with and including 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and all jointing material such as nuts, bolts or washer and welding etc. NOTE : (i) The panel board repaired shall be made totally enclosed, weather proof/wemin proof for installing incoming/outgoing MCCB/Switch fuses/cable etc complete all as directed. (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be with and including necessary cutting, welding, levelling and jointing etc. as directed to match & accommodate with the existing feeder pillar box/panel board. (iii) The replaced porting shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamled paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) The rates quoted by the contrqactor deemed to be with and including dismantling/taking out/removing carefully, any damaed part/portion of the feeder pillar box/panel board as directed.

Preparation of the old decorated existing external and internal steel surfaces fo feeder pillar boxes/panels/boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrpping or by blow stopping as required and applying tow coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking down ACSR conductor, of any size, after taking necessary shut down, for 11 KV HT OH line, by loosening the binding wires, jumpers etc. for replacement of insulator / cross arms etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc complete all as directed.

Supply fabricate, fixing structural mild steel RS joist, channel angle iron, flate iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clapms, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section inclduing nuts, bolts,washers, welding (Cold and Hot) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed, inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete including taking down old materials all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-fixing of cross arms/clamps/nuts/bolts/washers etc. (as dismantled under item No. 67.00 hereinbefore) on the refixed/new PCC/RCC poles of any length complete all as specified and as directed

S&F ACSR conductor of size, as required at site, duly binded with insulators, jumpers etc (fixed on poles) complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-stringing and re-connection of ACSR (as dismantled under item Sl No-68) duly binded with insulators, jumpers etc (fixed on poles) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of Galvanized stray strand, 7/3.15mm duly cut into required length, fixing with clamps/ loop insulators/stay buckle etc. all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Stay assembly, complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete with stay rod 20mm dia and all other accessories all as specified and as directed. Note :- Loop insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, excavation and concrete to be measured separately under respective items.

S&F Loop type insulator,vitreous porcelain, white/brown/green, Large size with overall dimension 90x90x140 mm having clearence of hole 16mm

M & L repair of GI wire (guard wire) of dia 4 mm minimum complete fixing below the HT /LT over head line counductor including fixing on height of 6 to 9 mtr above ground level in shape and size complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cuttting / trimming of tree branches in close proximity to over head lines to maintain a clearance of 1.5 meters from the over head line to nearby trees complete all as specified. Note :- Only effected area of over head conductor shall be measured as per running meter.
