Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concretenominal mix 1:4:8( one cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimeter ( forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14( fourteen) days , in open foundations for all type of structures as in Retaining walls, Breast walls,Abutments,toe walls and the like in foundation of R/walls, B/walls etcetera including pumping or bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and Laying 80mm thick NTC heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade including edge block as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504. including curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate including of GST, or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring & shuttering-All work upto plinth level in cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) All work upto plinth level . including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation for structure and in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) for retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering. and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. . Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases .
