Construction work of Dheerpur to Anna missing link road and 5 years maintenance work in District Hardoi.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Excavation in soil using hydraulic excavator and tipper with disposal upto 1000 m excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.90 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tipper, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-section and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 302.3. ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits availble land with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specitaion Clause 303.1 ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Cement Treated Base (4% Cement) Providing, laying and spreading material on prepared sub-base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to from a layer of base ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom. ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat. ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall. ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Construction of 1000mm Dia Hume pipe Culvert Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Providing and Laying reinforced cement concrement pipe of 1000 mm dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,back filling,concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets. Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations . Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification. Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Providing and Laying reinforced cement concrement pipe of 600 mm dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,back filling,concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets. Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Maintenance of constructed road for next five yrears after the actual date of completion. The contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost as for Five years in the form of installment as given below. Payment shall be done as per P.W.D. Specification. (Rates are including labour cess but Excluding GST) 1 st Year & 2nd year after the Actual date of completion maintenence @ 0.750%

(ii) 2nd year to 3rd year 1.50%

(iii) 3rd year to 4th year 2.25%

(iv) 4th year to 5th year 3.0%
