Outsourcing of manpower for operation of the following plants with all accessories and sub assemblies (including Sundays and Holidays) for the following plants and equipments with following manpower: - (a) Military Hospital Central AC Plant (i) Chiller Unit 30 TR with 40 HP compressor including allied equipments and sub-assemblies - 2 Nos (ii) Cooling Tower - 1 No. (iii) Condensor Water Pump 7.5 HP - 2 Nos (iv) Chiller Water Pump 7.5 HP - 2 Nos. (v) LT control panel with accessories (vi) Air Handling Unit with 7.5 HP blower motor, Heating strips including allied equipments and sub-assemblies - 2 Nos (vii) Chilled water pipes, Condensor water pipes including valves and accessories (viii) Checking of inside room temperature. (b) Military Hospital Oil Fired Incinerator (i) Oil Fired Incinerator of capacity 20 KG/ Hour - 1 No.

All as per item No.1 above but one skilled Refrigeration Mechanic for operating Central AC plants. (for morning shift and evening shift)

All as per item No.1 above but one semi-skilled mate for operating Central AC plants. (for morning shift).

NOTE FOR ITEM NO- 1.00,1.10 &1.20 :- (i) The rate is inclusive of operating etc with other related equipments of the installations, reporting of fault immediately and switching on plants and equipments as per time schedule where applicable including cleaning of inside and outside areas of the respective installations and general cleanliness of surrounding area complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge and the cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor has to provide two sets of uniform to every Operator and required log sheets for noting down daily readings and sweeping instruments for cleaning the installation and surroundings and the cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The Central AC installation shall be manned as per item of sch 'A' without any interruption including Sundays and holidays (iv) Penalty as per rates mentioned in the tender documents here-in-after will be deducted for absent in duty , not wearing of proper uniform and not holding of proper instruments (v) The Operators should have good working knowledge of Central AC Plant and specially the skilled operator employed for the morning shift and evening shift should also have good working knowledge for operating both the oil fired Incinerator and Central AC Plant] (vi) Also refer schedule 'A' notes.

(a) Auditorium Central AC Plant (i) Chiller Unit 78.8 TR with 4 Nos compressor including allied equipments and sub-assemblies - 2 Nos (ii) Cooling Tower - 1 No (iii) Condensor Water Pump 5 HP - 2 Nos (iv) Chiller Water Pump 7.5 HP - 2 Nos (v) LT control panel with accessories (vi) Air Handling Unit with 7.5 HP blower motor, Heating strips including allied equipments and sub-assemblies - 2 Nos (vii) Hot Water Generator with 2 x 5 HP motors with LT panel and sub-assemblies - 1 No (viii) Chilled water pipes, Condensor water pipes including valves and accessories. (ix) Checking of inside room temperature. Periodical Maintenance of complete Oil fired Incinerator of capacity 20 Kg/ Hour installed at Military Hospital. Note for Item Nos 3.00 to 5.00 :- (i) Breakdown Time :-Contractor will be totally responsible for preventive maintenance, timely repair of any breakdown within 24 Hours from the time of intimation, failing which recovery will be made at the rate of Rs. 1000/- per day upto rectification of defect. The decision of the Accepting Officer will be final and binding. (ii) In case if the contractor fails to rectify/ repair the plant within a period of seven days, another agency may be engaged by the dept and the actual amount paid will also be recovered from the bill/RAR of contractor in addition].

M & L for cleaning of all condenser tubes of central AC plant at Military Hospital by disconnecting the condenser from system, cleaning by descalling pump of suitable capacity and head using desclaing solution and thorough cleaning by cooling brush fitted on MS rod of suitable size including replacement of suction wafer fillet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of all condenser tubes of central AC plant at Auditorium by disconnecting the condenser from system, cleaning by descalling pump of suitable capacity and head using desclaing solution and thorough cleaning by cooling brush fitted on MS rod of suitable size including replacement of suction wafer fillet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of all evaporator tubes of central AC plant at Military Hospital by disconnecting the condenser from system, cleaning by descalling pump of suitable capacity and head using desclaing solution and thorough cleaning by cooling brush fitted on MS rod of suitable size including replacement of suction wafer fillet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of all evaporator tubes of central AC plant at Auditorium by disconnecting the condenser from system, cleaning by descalling pump of suitable capacity and head using desclaing solution and thorough cleaning by cooling brush fitted on MS rod of suitable size including replacement of suction wafer fillet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of main controller of Hot Water Generator Panel as per existing model fixed with cnetal AC plant all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Descaling and cleaning of AHU coils from outside and cooling tubes from inside by flowing suitable chemical in the tubes for removing all foreign material deposited in the coil and tubes as and when ordered by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of fire damper suitable for fixing inside chilled air duct of AC plant and made out of 0.6 mm stainless steel sheet fixed with fusible wire to close the duct opening in case of fire and conforming to IS all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for cleaning of HVAC duct thoroughly including taking necessary photographs before and after cleaning all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as orner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 Gauge all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 53 above but size 22 Gauge all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 40 mm dia all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
