Construction of Embankment with material obtained from borrow pits for local earthen construction of embankment with approved material obtained from abailable land and permitted and approved by engineer incharge and as per technical specification cluase 301.3.4.1 with lead up to 1000m, spreading, gradding to required slope and copecting to meat reuirment of talbes 300.1 and 300.2 as per tech classification 301.5. cartage 2 km

Earth Work in Excavation of foundation of abutments as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and botton and backfilling with approved material

Providing and laying of 1:6:12 CC in foundation and base in cement sand and Brick ballast 40 mm gauge including all required complete for proper completion of work as per S.I. no 273

M1 150 class in foundation with 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar including all complete of work. Item no. 305A

12mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement & sand morter all complete as per S.I. No. 13.11

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieved the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing-rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening/crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of course aggregtate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density grade iii as per technical specification clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502.
