S&F MS conduit pipe stiffeners of Charpoy IP and Bed Hard Steel made out of 25mm square MS pipe of 1.6mm wall thickness including welding and painting neatly with two coat of synthetic enamel paint black to match with the existing as shown on drawing and directed.

M&L for welding in broken joints of frame of Bed hard steel, Charpoy IP Hard Top and Charpoy IP Folding with Hard Top and filling properly at places of welding point throughout to match with the existing as directed. Note: One broken point shall be measured as one point i.e. one unit.

M&L for removing old unserviceable existing handle and S&F new chromium plated handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc for Almirah Large Steel/ Almirah Medium Steel.

M&L for removing old unserviceable channel and S&F new telescopic channel of size 10/12 inch in computer table. (Drg No. TP, FD/E6/Map/03)

M&L for taking out unserviceable Key board tray from Computer Table and S&F new Key board tray with side supports and channel with the help of L shape patti (400 x 500) on both side, made of 18 mm thick pre laminated MDF board including teak wood edging 4mm, duly polished as specified in drg. Repair to Steel Chairs

M&L for welding to Chair Verandah wherever required and filling properly at places of welding point to match with the existing as directed. (Drg No. FD-359) Note: Welding shall be done all around the conduit pipe and all welding and filling at one broken point shall be measured as one point i.e. one unit.

M&L for removing old unserviceable plastic cane of Chair Verandah and reweaving of Chair Verandah with new plastic cane ½ round, 4mm wide, 0.40mm thick with approved quality closely woven as per drg. (Drg No. FD-359)

S&F MS flat iron 440x18x4mm in Chair Writing Steel under seat (front and back) (set of two) with welding and painting neatly in colour paint black complete all as directed. (Drg No. FD/E6/ MAP/12)

M&L for taking out old unserviceable glass of Book Case Steel and S&F new 3mm plain glass including supporting MS plate with screw, nut and bolts. The shape and sizes of glass are all as per drawing and as directed.

M&L for removing unserviceable locks of Book Case Steel and S&F new lock set (04 Nos of lock with two keys only) as per drawing and directed.

M&L welding of joints in broken frame of Locker Steel and Book Case Steel and filling properly at places of welding point throughout, including painting to match with the existing as directed. (Drg No. FD-1028, 1029) Note: One broken point shall be measured as one point i.e. one unit.

REPAIRS TO CHARPOY GI {Drg No. FD-220(M) }

M&L for tightening of elbow, check nut and removing of unserviceable nylon newar of Charpoy GI and reweaving with 50mm to 55mm wide, non recycled nylon newar of white colour, closely woven both side all as directed. Note: Weight of newar shall not less than 1.50 Kgs per charpoy.

M&L for tightening of charpoy frame, check nuts, elbow and removing old unserviceable plywood/MDF board from Charpoy GI and S&F of new BWR grade, ISI marked ply of size 1980X900x12 mm thick, fixed with 10 Nos of suitable round headed nut bolts and washer as approved in each charpoy through suitable drill machine holes of appropriate size, by providing 04 Nos of clits welded (two on each short rail) and 2 Nos of stiffners made of flat iron of size (40x05x900mm) duly painted black complete all as directed. Make: Green Ply/ Kit Ply/ Century Ply.

M&L for removing of old Long Rail of Charpoy GI and S&F new long rail of 32mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, duly threaded both sides as required. Make: Jindal/ Tata/ Prakash Surya. Note: 1. Old long rail as retrieved shall be used for converting short rail under item No 12.04 and charges for converting is included in unit rate of item. 2. GI pipe shall be arrange by the contractor and pipe shall be ISI marked.

M&L for Conversion of Long Rails of Charpoy GI Pipe ( retrieved under Serial Item No. 12.03) into Short Rail by cutting/ finishing to shape & threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable short rail. Note : Old short rail retrieved shall be used for converting the leg under Serial Item No. 12.05 and charges for converting is included in the unit rate of item.

M&L for Conversion of Short Rails ( retrieved under Serial Item No. 12.04) into Leg Rail by cutting/ finishing to shape & threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable short rail. Drg No FD-220.

M&L for removing old unservieable Elbow from Charpoy GI and S&F new 32mm bore, 3 ways, ISI marked, medium grade GI elbow complete all as directed.

M&L for removing old unserviceable check nut from Charpoy GI and S&F new 32mm bore, 6mm thick, galvanised iron, medium grade check nut complete all as directed.

Repair to Couch Examination (Drg No. FD-122)

M&L for replacement of Foam Sheet of size 1800 x 900mm, 40 density alongwith cotton layer, hession and cotton cloth duly upholstered with leatherite of best quality and of approved shade by engineer-in-charge and all as specified in drg. Note: Total height of the cushion sheet alongwith springs,foam, cotton layer and cloth hessian must be 150 mm .

M&L for replacement of Copper plated steel springs of 100 mm dia and 10 gauge wire of existing sizes.
