Demolition of stone slab and tiling of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

Supply and fixing in repair CPVC pipe 15mm dia of grade SDR-11 (class-I) including all CPVC and brass fittings fixed to walls, floors, or ceiling or laid in floors etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repair CPVC pipe 20mm dia of grade SDR-11 (class-I) ISI marked including all CPVC and brass fittings fixed to walls, floors, or ceiling or laid in floors etc complete.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc including taking down existing tank complete .

Material & labour for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt using bleaching powder etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. writing date of cleaning using white/ black colour synthatic enamel paint and refixing the tank cover in same position of following capacity . Note :- Any damage if done during cleaning of tank the same must be made good by the contractor with no extra cost.

Material and labour for sunken floor treatment as follows:- Note : Water tightness testing should be done after applying Dr Fixit epoxy compound, by pounding water for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defect. Dubrish to be removed outside MD land.

Material and labour for 2 coats of Dr. Fixit krystalline waterproofing coating compound shall be applied after laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position.
