S/R to KBC (Kundhei Branch Canal) to Itapokhari road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and diposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used of auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 37.5 mm thick BUSG in one layers applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen /10 sqm using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size H.G metal & 0.12 cum of 12mm sige h.g chips for 10 sqm. etc.including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion(RS) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of 13mm nominal size (Grading-I) premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads transporting to site by mechanical means (within a lead of 5Km) spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
