Supply, laying, connecting, testing & commissioning of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts earthed, stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-(a) Rate shall be deemed to be included of making good all disturbed wall surfaces/flooring/tilling/road etc; to match with existing specification) (b) Earth work, sand, cable cover etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items.
All as per serial item no.1 but of cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.
Disconnecting and taking out carefully HT cable up to 185 Sqmm any core from trenches/cable duct/through wall/pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, sand, cable cover etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items.
Boring of holes, under road, pavement , hard standing etc by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine & equipments (T&P) including provision of HDPE pipe of size 150mm dia bore suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The quoted rate for this item shall include provision of all kind of necessary precautions to be taken by the contractor during execution of the activities pretaining to work across national highway roads. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amps, not less than 20/21 KA for 3 Sec (Rated Short Circuit), non-extensible both side, Outdoor type, 4 way RMU 2 x incommer and 2 x outgoings, SF6 insulated, 11 KV Ring Main Unit contained within Robotically welded Stainless Steel Tank & RMU Main Tank should be of 3mm thick stainless steel robotically welded with degree of protection IP 67 suitable for outdoor use, type tested for internal arc test for IAC AFL for 21KA for 1sec.Short Time withstand (STC) rating of the RMU should be 26.3KA for 3secs. Load Break Switch should be type tested for mechanical endurance of min. 5000 nos. of operations. (M2 class).RMU shall be suitable for operation at an altitude of upto 1000 meter above MSL. RMU should be with manufacturers own make of Vacuum Interrupter & Self Powered Relay.The RMU shall be complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:- (i) 2 Nos.- 630 Amp, 21KA, triple pole, manually operated Vacuum Circuit Breaker for outgoing encapsulated in SF6 Stainless steel tank with independent spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth of the cable. (ii) 2 Nos.- cable boxes at each of the circuit breakers shall be suitable for bottom entry of HV cables of size up to 1x3C x 400 sq.mm and shall be located to the front/side/Rear side of the RMU.Necessary Terminal Protector Boots should be supplied with each RMU. Compound filled cable boxes are not acceptable. (iii) 2 No.- 630 Amp, 21KA, triple pole, single break, 3-postion ('ON', 'OFF' and 'EARTH') ring main switches, each with independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch, with provision for earth and test of the cable. (iv) 2 Nos.- cable boxes at each LBS shall be suitable for bottom entry of HV cables of size up to 1x3C x 400 sq.mm and shall be located to the front/ side/ Rear side of the RMU.Necessary Terminal Protector Boots should be supplied with each RMU. Compound filled cable boxes are not acceptable. The Ring Main Unit should comprise of the accessories i.e (a) 1 Mimic diagram on front panel complete with status indicators. (b) 1 Set of positive standard mechanical interlocks. (c) 3 Set of current transformers for protective relays with suitable ratio class CT 200-100/1A, Class 5P10, 2.5VA for protection. (d) 3 Nos. Self Powered Numerical relay with 3 O/c and 1 E/F. (e) Cable Bushings should be site replaceable type. (f) Capacitor voltage dividers serving live-line cable indicators with Phase comparison sockets for each function. (g) 1 No. SF6 gas pressure indicator for each SF6 Gas tank. (h) Front bottom entry of HT cables. (j) 4 set of right angle boots. Name plate shall be determined with Name of manufacturer and country,Type, design, and serial number, Rated voltage and current,Rated frequency, Rated symmetrical breaking capacity, Rated making capacity, Rated short time current and its duration, Rated lightning impulse withstand voltage, Rated Duty Cycle, Purchase Order number and date, Month and year of supply. The Danger Board plate as per relevant IS shall be riveted on the front plate of the RMU including errection of RMU on platform as recommended by the manufacturer all as specified and as directed.

HT 11 KV, Bus-bar box of size 1200 mm x 1200mm x 1000mm, Outdoor type, floor mounted, made out of CRCA sheet of thickness 3.15 mm and CPRI approved including weather proof,dust and vermin proof having IP-65 rated protection and painted with powder coated having 8 tank process, with common elecrolytic, sleeve insulated Aluminium bus-bar not less than 1000 Amp capacity and mounted on high quality insulators, 3 phase having Phase to phase and phase to body designed with a minimum distance of 250 mm alongwith Double door and locking arrangements duly provided with 11KV danger notice plate including fixing of bus bar on plateform complete all as specified and as directed.
Platform for HT bus bar/ panel of size minimum 2.5m x 2.5m and 0.8 m height from ground level with brick masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggrigates) , 100 mm thick floor and 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded aggrigates) on top including steps to the gate , XPM jali of weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm all around with gate, including 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle 1.2 m long 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 to brick masonry with two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed.
Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 11 KV Air break switch, gang operated for current rating upto 200 Amps, triple pole, horizontal type, mechanically operated (mounted on insulator and steel frame) with accessories such as polymer insulator assembly (Set of 15 insulators), jumper conductor ACSR with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete including GI tubing of 20mm dia bore (heavy grade) alongwith drop out fuse and steel frame including application of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
All as per item No-19 here-in-above but gang operated switch for current rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connecting to Galvanized earth lead strip of size 32mm x 06mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm dia including 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone Aggregate) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made of shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil or all kind of soil including returning , filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all as per plate No 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I (specification) and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation in any type of soil by means mechanical (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation/trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , left upto 1.5 metre, including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed.
