Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm in depth each complete as specified.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50metre above the starting point complete as specified.

M & L Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with using Tibba sand and jently punning down to provide a required cover complete as specified.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete as specified.

Supply & fixing or laying 50 mm bore galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc complete all as specified.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 32 mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete including taking down existing. Note 1 : Following items deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) Earth electrode (b) Main earthing lead from earth elctrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 meter (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction (e) All labour including testing of earthnetwork. (f) Excavation and earth work or driling holes for electrode (g) P.C.C pit and C.I cover (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc as specified (j) G.I protection pipe of size ordered specified for protoction of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. Note 2. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earth will b e redone at no extra cost.

Supply and Fix in replacement Timer Switch to control street light automatic operation including outdoor type sheet metal enclosure with IP- 65 protection, Contactor, Protection MCBs and all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, Jointing, testing & commissioning LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips or wire armoured, heavy duty with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or fixed on pole etc including taking down of following size :-

(a) 240 Sqmm, 3½ Core

(b) 150 Sqmm, 3½ Core

(c) 120 Sqmm, 3½ core cable

(d) 95 Sqmm, 3½ Core

M & L for Painting to old steel surface Steel tubular pole 9.0 mtr long with attached accessories (cross arms, clamps, GI protection pipe etc) with one coat of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces including painting to poles with two coats black & white paints in straps alternatively all round the poles from the bottom of the pole above PCC coping for indication of poles. Height of the each strap shall be 30cm and number of straps shall be 5 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit heat Shrinkage for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing after jointing of size:-

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit heat shrinkage for 1.1 KV grade cable for end termination joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing after jointing of size:-

M&L for fault finding in U/G cable using fault locating machine on requirement for LT/HT cables of any type/size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Note : One number of fault as located/ found shall be measured as one Job/Unit for payment.

Disconnecting & taking out the existing Unserviceable MCCB from panel and Supply 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase including extension terminals and connecting using suitable fasteners, modification/fabrication if any complete all as required at site, as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of LT existing panel Doors welding, cutting, inches, nuts, bolts including Doors hinges material also etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Cost of replacement locking arrangement, Hinge, Insulation to busbar, copper wiring from bus bar to MCCBs, Colour coding to busbar, Indication lamp replacement, Ammeter, Voltmeter and cleaning of inside outside surface of panel is inclusive in above quoted price.)

Supply & fix LT panel out door (Kiosk type) type, weather & vermin proof MS sheet housing 3.15mm thick, powder coated over a coat of primer, double door, front & rear openable type, mounted on 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame, floor mounted type with one MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amp, 25 KA 415 volts as incomer, copper bus bar 200 Amp of length not less than 60 cm, 4 pole duly drilled with holes for cable connections, after due approval of panel drawing including PCC pedestals of suitable size, dismentling / taking out removal of old unsv panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Bus bar electrolytic grade copper 200 Amp rating including all connecting accessories as copper wiring to MCBs, Insulation and colour coding as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Bus bar electrolytic grade copper 400 Amp rating including all connecting accessories as copper wiring to MCBs, Insulation and colour coding as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of LT feeder pillar box/Junction box/Main LT Panel one coat of of synthetic enamel paint all including preparation of surface etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 120 W LED flood light with lens optics on LEDs, IP66 protected luminaire fixture made from pressure dia cast aluminum housing & heat resistance toughned glass cover, Pf >.95 lumin Efficacy >105 Lm/W as directed by engineer-in-charge including taking out old U/S flood light fitting of any type/size. Make :- Polycab cat part No PCGLFC501120 or equivalent in other make as per Appx 'B'

Supply and fixing in replacement of 80 W LED flood light with lens optics on LEDs, IP66 protected luminaire fixture made from pressure dia cast aluminum housing & heat resistance toughned glass cover Pf > .95 Lumin Efficacy lm/W >100 as directed by engineer-in-charge including taking out old U/S flood light fitting of any type/size. Make :- Polycab cat part No PCGLFC50170 orequivalent in other make as per Appx 'B'

Supply and fixing in replacement of 60 W LED street light with lens optics on LEDs, IP66 protected luminaire fixture made from pressure dia cast aluminum housing & heat resistance toughned glass cover with one number of 60 W driver,having wide operating voltage range , pf >.95 lum Efficacy >110 surge protection 10 KV all including reducer pipe, welding etc as directed by engineer-in-charge including taking out old U/S light fitting of any type/size. Make :- Polycab cat part No PCGLSC460 or equivalent in other make as per Appx 'B'

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade 6 sq. mm 2 core heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat stranded conductor including taking down old U/S cable complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core complete including taking old cable

M&L for Disconnecting and Taking down U/S Street light fitting of any type/rating from pole or wall dismantling the same for necessary repair or replacement of U/S spares complete and refixing connecting and testing the same all as specied and directed by Engr-in_Charge. Note : - Accessories/ spare parts shall be measured & paid separatley under respective items of Sch `A`

Supply only in replacement of LED Driver with surge protector for 45 to 60 watt LED light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Driver& Surge proctector shall be of same make or Suitable for LED fitting as available at site

Supply and fix ONLOAD changeover switch with sheet metal enclosure outdoor type of capacity 100 Amp including grouted on wall/surface with 1:2:4 type PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure suitable for outdoor type changeover of capacity 100-400 Amp(as per requirement on site) including grouted on wall/surface with 1:2:4 type PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for boring under road/drain by manual/machine method for inserting GI tubing up to 80 mm dia for cable protection all as specified and directed by EIC.
