Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or 1 Osqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr All kinds of soil

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from qyarry in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1: 3 : 6(1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 86graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including carriage complete job.

Supply and fixing at site 2.0 m high angle iron 40 x 40 x 5mm posts placed every 8ft centre to centre embedded in cement concrete blocks with GI staples, turn buckles etc complete , ( cost of earth work and concrete to be paid for separately )

Providing and fixing G.I chain link fabraic fencing of required width in mesh size 100 x 100 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts , bolts and washers as required complete as per direction of Engineer in charge .. Made of GI wire of dia 4mm

Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1: 2; 4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying electrical heat tape complete job.

Providing and fixing hydronomatic pump of 1.0 HP power including connection with all required dia complete job.

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP - R ( poly propylence Random copolymer ) pipes SOR 7.4 UV stablized and anti microbialfusion welded , having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP - R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fiting 1/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing . This includes cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per directions of Engineer in charges . Providing insulation in between the ply wood thermo cold 50 mm thick complete job.

Providing and fixing polycarbonate double layer sheet fastening with required nuts and screw

Running and maintenance of all sanitary fittings , plumbing and water supply and distribution in each and every bath rooms of UT secretariat without any distrabiances , break for the winter months i.e Nov - April 2020
