SCH 'A' PART-I

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power point) including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. including making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed/existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed copper multi stranded conductor in and including PVC casing capping including sunk Anodized pressed steel box 1.6 mm thick concealed in wall with white laminated colour 3 mm thick sheet cover of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal incl cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster for One light /Fan point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

(iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

S&F in repairs blanking Plates for covering of MCCB DB open space complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Lamps 9 Watts B 22 base 3 star rating suitable for batten holder complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II

Dismantling/taking down carefully defective any type LED street light/security light/ flood light light fitting from pole/structure/bldg from any height and repair/checking and identifying of faulty spares, wrings, cleaning of fittings, cover etc and reassembling the same after repair, testing and refixing in original position and reconnecting with the electrical line complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Materials required for replacement such as driver, wires, etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) If E-N value on security feeder is high, it should be checked and rectified without extra claim.

Supply and fix in repair LED driver suitable for 45 watt LED street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED driver suitable for 60 watt LED street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED driver suitable for 70 watt LED street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED street light energy saving & environmental friendly long life made up of pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection of 45 W capacity after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED street light energy saving & environmental friendly long life made up of pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection of 60 W capacity after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED street light energy saving & environmental friendly long life made up of pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection of 70 W capacity after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable post top lantern fittings and supply & fixing post top luminaire LED type of 25 W of post top lantern with aluminium die-cast housing cum heat sink in IP-65 protection including all fixinging arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, 8 watts LED bolards light IP-65 protection, resistant to corrosion better optics for uniform distribution including all fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB SP 240 volt 6 to 32 Amps 'C' series 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm (lighting conductor) with saddles and air termination from roof/wall and making good the surface of wall/roof and white/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with PVC/porcelain insulators, nut bolts, fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors on wall/roof all as specified and directed.

M&L for manual horizental boring by passing GI protection pipe up to 50 mm bore dia under road/footpath, not exc 6 mtr in a single length complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully the defective High mast light fittings by mechanically/manually and removing the unserviceable HPSV/HPMV/MH/LED/FTL/T5 street light/security light fitting and fixing new LED fitting/driver and servicing/cleaning checking connections including PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded twin core 1.5 sqmm cable from connector block to street light fitting approximately 0.30 m length and reassembling, and 1.5 sqmm twin core service wire from connector to junction box or OH conductor and refixing at its originatal location, including reconnections and testing/commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- LED street light /security light fitting and LED driver shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

S&F flood light fitting mounted on high mast light of 100 watt energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs IP66 protection, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable service wires of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 4 sqmm nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable UG cable of size 16 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or drawn through pipe or fixed on wall/poles, LT UG cable heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wired armoured with aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm x 2 core complet all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, final tapper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with to coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, nexc 1.5 m wide and nexc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, cable laying, sewage/water lines etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide and exceeding 1.5mtr and nexc 3.0 mtr in depth as in soft/ loose soil & getting out complete all as spfd & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI strip 25 x 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3, including exc & earth work in any type of soil, disposal of soil, providing alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, construction of pcc earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion including taking down old unsverviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid separately through deviation order.

M & L for maintenance free chemical earthing system complete with 03 (three) nos copper bonded rods, 17.2 mm dia 3000 mm long electrode buried at suitable distance apart directly in ground, to bore holes of 120 mm dia vertically to a depth not less than 3.60 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 100 mm below normal ground level, provision of clamps or brazed or both for each copper bonded rods made of copper and copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm & strip connection on the top of the electrode and copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm for inter connection of 03 nos copper bonded rods and laying at least 500 mm below in the ground and further connected to test point terminal block, including back filling of bore holes with advanced earth enhancing compound 96 kilogram (minimum) for artificial treatment to soil so as to achieve earth resistance below 01 Ohms as specified in para 19.140 of SSR Part-1 (2009), including provision of earthing pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover RCC slab of size 400 x 400 x 50 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, including necessary earth work and three coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed surfaces) and testing complete all as directed and including necessary earth work and testing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including copper earth strip of size 20 x 3 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end, earth strip encased in and including 50 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from Bottom of concrete pit to top of earth plate electrode complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. The scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc including taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be measured and paid through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth strips. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

Supply and fix street light GI bracket, bend to 120 degree angle, made out of 40 mm bore, GI pipe, light grade (approx 1.5 mtr in length) including necessary two nos suitable size of clamps with nuts, bolts and washers etc and two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the old rusted one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs junction box 200x140x95 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed on poles with flat aluminium clamps of size 20 x 3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. & taking down of old unsv cable junction box complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for servicing of 160 KVA DG Set with replacement of engine oil/lubricant, coolant, Oil Filter element, Fuel filter element, fuel flexible pipe, V belt for water pump and alternator, air filter element, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
