GE U(N) 29 2021 22 REPAIR MAINT AND CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANKS SOAKAGE WALLS MANHOLES SEWAGE LINES IN CH (NC) FHO AMSD MEDICAL COMPLEX MUKHERJEE ENCLAVE UNDER AGE B R 1 OF GE NORTH UDHAMPUR

M&L for systematically Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian, Orrisa pattern or European type and bathroom/ kitchen including cleaning of Nahani traps/gully traps/floor by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out in including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto Ist manhole and depositng the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of of pit including all excavations and earth work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The quoted rate includes for keeping particular WC under taken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period.) Note :- (i) The contractor or his authorised representative shall collect the complaints of all blockage from complaint cell/Engr-in-charge daily and all complaints will be rectified by the contractor with in same day and returne the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get receipt from concerned JE/Engr-in-charge. If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @ Rs 50.00 per complaint per day. (ii) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor .(iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as above srl item No. 02 but as in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipes confirming to IS-16098 of DN/ID 170mm dia, Pressure rating SN-08 fixed with rubber seal and coupler required with and including suitable bends 90/60/45 degree etc Single Y Jn complete as required fixed as per manufacturere instructions laid in trenches for sewage linescomplete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. ote :- Rates included for pipes, bends any size any type Y Jn coupler/adapter etc required and net total length of pipes with fittings shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for plain cement concrete in (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation bed for laying sewage lines or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100mm/150mm/200mm/250mm internal dia at any depth by removing the manhole covers of any type/size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer lines removing the solids and sludge to distance place outside the defence land in closed containers and reinstating the manhole cover to its original position (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines is included in the rate of this item and the rate quoted also includes for keeping particular sewage line which is undertaken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for cleaning and desludging & de-watering of existing septic tanks for 100 users and opening covers, and including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well, taking out sludge & sewage water in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or by way of other suitable means , and removing waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging , burrying in ground (Qty of desludging taken out n. exc 12.0 Cum and Dewatering n exc 12.0 Cum from Each Septic tank) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor. (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories).

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with MS clamps, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on the fair face of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement,all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks as in sewage work, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, using old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and as directed. .

All as per item No 22 herein before, but except bricks using existing sewer bricks including cleaning etc .complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note-Old bricks obtained against dismantling shall be used after properly ceaning.

M&L for Walling of random rubble stone masonery, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per Srl No 24 here n before but except stone. complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note : Old stone serviceable obtained against dismantling shall be used.

M&L for Flush pointing to random rubble stone mosonery uncoursed on brought upto course on masonry or concrete block walling in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 ( Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in coping, Gola etc including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 ( Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs for man holes with plain faces finished fair and smooth etc, set in CM 1 : 6 complete all as specified

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified

M&L for demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete slab 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (Nominal Mix) as in slabs supported on wall, beams etc or similar works, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for use and waste form work to side and soffits of subpended slab such as roof slab floor slab landing and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surface of concrete flat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling/ demolition of wrought iron/ mild steel / steel works of any description and in any position , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10cm width or girth, and applying two coat of sunthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer over complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F for (Squatt pattern )wash down water closet including lime concrete bedding , size 580 x 440mm including 'P or s trap front and with internal foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) and connector pices of CI Pipe as per required upto T /Y joint complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F in reapir Wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern), complete Pedestal pan and trap, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc.including Seat and cover for pedestal pan . complete

S&F in repair PVC low level flushing cistern of capacity 10 ltr. white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including breckets, flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC flush pipe 32mm dia and 15mm dia PVC connection to pipes complete all as specified.

S & F in repair for Vitreous China Urinal, half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe) but including waste coupling, Urinal spreader with PVC connections and waste pipe, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F 75 mm bore PVC(SWR) floor trap with stainless steel grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement with solvent cement, including taking down old PVC or CI floor trap of any type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 400x400 mm not less than 7 mm thick in floors ect set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:4 including Dismaintaling wall/floor tiling incl. cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (below or above ground level).

M&L for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints through out the thickness of the plinth protectioncomplete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.
