Opening of top cover by unscrewing all nuts, bolts and washers of transformer HT/LT bushing, lifting of core assembly, cleaning and re-fixing the complete unit after repair with new cork sheet, gasket, wherever required with new nuts, bolts and washers for transformer of capacity 100 to 400 KVA indoor/outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) HT/LT bushing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as 'supply only'. Labour element involved for replacing the HT/LT bushing shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted against the item. (ii) Repair works shall be carried out through authorized agent of manufacturer of transformer.

Supply only HT porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV grade complete with brass rod & rubber bush, for transformer of capacity 100 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LT bushing suitable for 1100 volts grade complete with brass rod & rubber bush for the rating 100 to 400 KVA indoor/outdoor transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs transformer temperature gauge, dial type, having temperature range 0 to 120˚C complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repairs breather assembly of size 50mm dia, min 250mm long for transformer of various capacities, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs silica gel grains in the breather assembly of transformers of various capacities, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs tap changing assembly complete with gear for transformer of capacity 100 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs tap changing assembly complete with gear for transformer of capacity 400 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of external surface of transformer of any capacity and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (grey) with gun sprayer including marking of MES No/Transformer No etc., with enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Topping up/replacement of transformer oil with new transformer oil suitable for working voltage 11000 volts grade, including necessary dehydration to achieve dielectric strength min 40 KV at 4mm gap of electrode for various capacities of transformer complete all as directed. Make of transformer oil : GULF/Castrol/HP/IOC/BP. Note : New transformer oil to be bought by the contractor in sealed (ISI marked) container with original test certificate. (b) Filtration/dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at the location where transformer is installed and necessary instruments shall be brought at site by the contractor. (c) During the process of filtration, transformer will be on load condition. (d) The old unserviceable oil shall be offered under schedule of credit. (e) Filtration and topping up of transformer shall be done through the authorised agent/dealer of manufacturer of transformer only.

Supply and fixing new cork sheet gasket 5 mm thick superior quality on top cover plate of the transformer capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing new cork sheet gasket 20 mm thick superior quality on top cover plate of the transformer capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs gate valve brass of 25/32 mm dia bore of pipe ISI marked (drain out valve of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L (equipment & labour) for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil and removing sludge by continuous circulation through filteration plant with strip heater for improvement of dielectric strength to mimimum 45 KV at 4mm gap of electrode for 100 KVA to 400 KVA capacities of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out / down old existing HT/LT cables of any size aluminium conductor XLPE armoured, laid in trenches, including bricks/PCC cover of cable protection, sand cushioning and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT) XLPE insulated and armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 95Sqmm 3 core aluminum conductor 11000volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Returning filling & removal of earth, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, jointing & testing as in repair outdoor end termination joint kit (Cold shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3wire, 11KV (Earthed) grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor of size 95Sqmm 3core cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing as in repair indoor end termination joint kit (Cold shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3wire, 11KV (Earthed) grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor of size 95Sqmm 3core cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT ( 20x15cm) size complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Boring of holes under road etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles incl formwork. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

M&L for un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover, class HV, type-1, flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces of MS poles of any description and making of 5 strips of width 300mm each (03 Nos Sky blue and 2 Nos. white) writing pole No. with black paint with letters/figures in girth 3 inch with and including preparation of old painted surfaces of MS poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Switch air break gang operated, outdoor, tripple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT 11 KV insulators (9 insulators type) and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from GL including operating rod for current rating upto 200 amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangements, MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc with and including drop out expulsion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB, three pole, 200Amps, 415 volts, 36 KA, 50Hz , with adjustable thermal and magnetic release with extension links and making connection in panel board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB, three pole, 250Amps, 415 volts, 36 KA, 50Hz , with microprocessor release with extension links and making connection in panel board complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB, four pole, 400Amps, 415 volts, 36 KA, 50Hz , with microprocessor release with extension links and making connection in panel board complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Returning filling & removal of earth, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for locally available sub class `B’ bricks (old size), laid flat and dry perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, in trenches over the cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Crimping pliers to crimp the end sealing ferrules from 10 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Fibre glass discharged rod for 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Total amount shall be subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 71175.00 for old retrieved Materials as per Schedule of Credit
