Dismantling and removing the existing damaged steel doors / windows of area less than 3M2 including all accessories such as main frame with shutters and MS hold fast etc., if any, by cutting the masonry/concrete wherever required without any damages to the near by structure including transporting and handing over the retrieved materials to departmental stores / RSD yard within a lead of 1km including collecting and stacking the debris if any within a lead of 50m for disposal, all as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, scaffolding, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete

Dismantling the existing brickwork in cement mortar to the required height for providing doors/ windows and wherever required without damaging the nearby structures including collecting and depositing the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as directed at site of work including all labour, Scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipments, transport, fuel etc.,complete

3.Dismantling and removing the existing damaged worn out Indian water closets /EWC with all accessories including flushing cistern in toilets including handing over the serviceable materials, if any to the department stores within a lead of 1 Km and depositing the rubbish at ground level within a lead of 50m for disposal all as directed including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete.

4.Dismantling and removing the existing damaged wall tile dadoing including plastering from the wall in bath and toilet portion in cement mortar to the required thick, height wherever required without damaging the structure nearby, including collecting and depositing the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal, all as directed at site of work, including all labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete

5.Dismantling and removing the existing damaged ceramic tile flooring / Plastering in bath, toilet sunken portion and rooms in cement mortar to the required thick, wherever required without damaging the structure nearby, including collecting and depositing the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal, all as directed at site of work, including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete

6. Earth work excavation in ordinary soil, sand, clay mixed with roots, boulders weighing individually less than 250Kg, debris, rubbish etc., as existing at site of work for foundation of soakpit etc., to a required depth including dressing of sides ramming of bottom all as per relevant specification and as directed at site depositing the excavated earth within a lead of 50m for transportation/refilling including shoring, strutting if any, all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, plants, fuel etc., complete 6(a). up to 1.50m depth

7. 13.Providing and laying of flooring with good quality Anti skid ceramic tiles (Johnson/ Kajaria /Nitco or equivalent) of size 300x300mm (or) nearest size and 7mm nominal thick as available in the market of approved pattern, shade and colour, set in C.M 1:4 (1 cement: 4 crushed stone sand ) 20mm thick with required slope and fixed with cement slurry and joints neatly pointed with white cement added with pigment to match the colour of the tiles, curing, all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments., etc complete

14.Providing and fixing of wall dadoing with good quality ceramic glazed tiles (Johnson/Kajaria/Nitco or equivalent) (Plain) of size 300mmX200mm or nearest size and 6mm nominal thick as available in the market of approved pattern, shade and colour set in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 crushed stone sand) 12mm thick to the required height and fixed with cement slurry and joints neatly pointed with white cement added with pigment to match the colour of the tiles, curing all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding etc., complete

15.Casting and placing RCC Precast cover slabsof 150mm thick for septic tank and soak pit and wherever required in mix 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 Crushed stone sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions to the required size, all as per relevant specifications, and all as directed at site of work including shuttering / necessary formwork, mixing, transporting, placing, compacting, curing, finishing the exposed concrete surface with neat cement punning at 2.2 kg/Sq.m as directed, including lifting, handling, transporting and placing the precast slabs over the septic tank and soak pit and wherever required in correct position and alignment, providing necessary lifting holes including all materials, labour, tools, plants, equipments, fuel, etc., complete. 16.Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HYSD (Fe 415/500 grade) TMT steel bars as reinforcement for all RCC works wherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire including placing, all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note:1.The rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement steel, binding wire and fabrication charges etc., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose. 2.The contractor will be allowed to use Fe500 Grade TMT steel bar without claiming any extra cost.

17.Providing and fixing in position of Country Wood (PADAUK or equivalent) wrought main frames of finished size 95mmx58mm for doors with necessary MS hold fast / clamp fixed suitably to masonry / concrete by cutting pocket and grouting with Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Crushed stone sand: 6 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions including painting with one coat of boiling coal tar paint at masonry abutting portions and all as relevant specification and as directed at site of work including curing all labour, material, tools, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete.

18.Providing and fixing in position of country wood (Padauk or equivalent) fully panelled single leaf door shutter with 32mm thick country wood styles including top rail, bottom rail, lock rail etc., with country wood panels of 16mm thick all as per relevant specifications and all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete. Note: Necessary fixtures like butt hinges, Aldrop and tower bolts, etc., will be paid under relevant item of BOQ

19. Supplying fabricating and fixing Colour anodized aluminium sections for main frames of sliding Window with extruded built up standard tubular or other sections of approved make (INDAL/JINDAL or equivalent) as available in the market, of any approved colour and shade and finish, according to IS 1868 (minimum anodized coating of Grade AC 15) with necessary accessories like cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., including drilling holes in the concrete / brick masonry,fixing the frames using suitable clamps making good the disturbed portions etc., wherever required, all as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note:.i) Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust-free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required (ii) Incase the specified aluminium section is not available in the market, the nearest section may be used after the approval of the Nodal officer. iii).The rate shall be inclusive of items like necessary anodized aluminium cleat angles, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, wooden plugs used for fixing frames etc.Complete

Supplying , fabricating and fixing M.S Grill of approximate size 1.5 m x 1.2 m or as directed at site using suitable MS angle, MS Square sections, MS Flats , etc using as verticles, horizontals and diagonal members , including fixing M.S fittings with suitable welding and providing necessary base plates and pintel arrangements,clamps and fixing the grills to the masonry / concrete ,including fixing the grill in the window openings filling with PCC 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 Crushed stone sand : 4 stone graded aggregate of 20mm graded down to 12mm size ) ,including neccessary M.S. fittings, providing scaffolding, fixing grill in proper alignment including one coat of red oxide primer and making good the disturbed portions, all as per relevant specification and all as directed at site of work, including all materials, labour, tools, transport , fuel , etc., complete.
