Supply of 30.5M SURYA/philips/havells/CG/WIPRO/Bajaj and other make of Group I Flag mast. Mast shaft shall be in three sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 with FRP dome. Mast shall be suitable for Indian Tri Color Flag Size 30Ft X 20Ft. Mast shall be PU painted.`
Supply of System for Raising Lowering of Flag. It Shall have double drum winch, 6mm dia galvanised wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag. Suitable Control switch shall be provided for reversing operation of Power tools Motor.
Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. Size- M30 x 12 nos, 850 MM long, Anchore & Template Plate PCD- 650 mm (12 Hole)
Supply of LED Aviation Obstruction light & AOL system which include LED Avaition system with Cu Cable size 3C x 2.5 Sqmm
Supply of 5M high hot dip galvanised octagonal pole suitable to mount 1no. LED 350W flood light fittings at top with suitable mounting arrangement at bottom of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers etc. (FOR 5M POLE)
Supply of LED floodlight type 350W, Make -SURYA/philips/havells/CG/WIPRO/Bajaj and other make of Group I
Supply of national flag of size 20Ft X 30Ft in 100% knitted Polyester (140gsm), with reinforced super-strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope/toggle sleeve. **There is no warranty on Indian National Flag.
Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour.
Construction of standard foundation for 5 Mt Poles as per design
Erection of the Flag Mast with the help of suitable equipments and assembly of operating system and Flag , Scope of Crane/Hydra in our scope
Provision of GI pipe earthing for Flag mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required)
Erection of 5Mt Poles & LED flood light
