Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundation and plinth

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in:Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement R.C.C. work including bending binding and placing in position completes up to floor to level.

Providing wood work in frames of the doors ,windows and other framed wrought framed and fixed in position 2nd class Deodar wood.

Providind and dixing panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clearstory windows including black enamalled iron but things with necessary screws 40 mm thick 2nd class Dedor wood

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 sand) Second Class Bricks 1

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand).

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Painting two coats (excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter,sand papering and stopping with white enamel paint.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof strain and impact resistant heavy duty vertified tiles Nitco and equivallent 600X600X10 mm manufacture of approved shade and colour in flooring ,treads of steps and landing laid over bed of cement conc 1:3

P/F to walls ceiling and floor galavanised mild steel tubes (medium grade) tube fittings and clamps including making good the wall ceiling and floor 15 mm nominal bore

Making connection of Galvanised MS tube distribution branch with galvanised MS tube 20 mm to 40 mm nominal size by providing and fixing tee i/c cutting and threading etc.

Providing and fixing PVC water storage tank complete syntex/ deplast or equivalent with 40 mm nominal size bore galvanised mild steel scour tube with fitting 25 mm nominal bore galvanised mild steel overflow tubes with fittinf and moisquito fitting coupling of approved design 15 mm nominal size wall valve and moisquito proof coupling PVC cover with locking arrangement including pads size as required upto all height above ground level 2000 litres net capacity storage tank.
