| 2 | Erection/Installation of Marine Loading Arm (Free Issue by Client):
Handling and Transportation of all components and accessories including Marine Loading Arm from Owner·s store to site of installation. Assembly of all subassemblies and components and installation on Marine Loading Arm. Placing, leveling, aligning, fixing of foundation bolts, supply of shim plates (if required) and grouting (including supply of grouting material) of fully assembled Marine Loading Arm on the foundations. Minor chipping and dressing of foundation (if required). Cleaning and flushing with water, draining, drying with compressed air, filling of lubricants and hydraulic oils (oils and lubricants are not in the contractor scope of supply) etc. till commissioning .
Installation of interconnecting piping including some amount of cutting and welding (wherever required) as per package vendor drawings, hook- up/connection of the Equipment with the existing plant piping and control system. Hydraulic Power pack installation in Control Room/designated area and laying , interconnection of hydraulic pipes from hydraulic power pack unit to Marine Loading arm.
Installation of Control Panels in the designated area/ Room alongwith interconnecting wiring complete in all respects. Field joints, if any, in the loose supplied items shall also be in erection contractor·s scope including radiography and other NDT requirements as per piping standards. | - | - | - | - |
| 3 | Erection Equipment (like land based cranes and/or barge cranes, jigs , fixtures etc.) required for installation and commissioning of all items and components at various elevations including supply and installation of temporary scaffolding. Hydro-testing of the installed piping for the Loading Arms (Marine), application of touch-up paint (if required) after erection and assembly at site, Preparation of Equipment/ packages for trial runs, carrying out trial runs, rectifying defects if any and providing manpower for carrying out pre- commissioning, commissioning and performance guarantee test run under the supervision guidance of OEM/Manufacturer's/Owner's personnel and completing the work in all respects as per drawings, specifications, installation manual and instructions of engineer-in-charge/equipment manufacturer·s erection supervisor.
Return of any unused material to the owner·s stores and hand over in fit condition for the start-up, as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Defects due to Contractor·s fault noticed during trial runs shall be rectified by the contractor.
Note - Indicative sketch for the installation location of Marine Loading Arm is enclosed elsewhere with this Tender. However, Contractor is advised to visit and analyze the actual installation site of Marine Loading Arm to assess the constraints and understand the methodology required for the installation of Marine Loading Arm before quoting for the job as this Jetty is an existing facility with other Marine Loading Arms, Pipe racks and Equipment already installed and under operation. In case Contractor is not able to install the new Marine Loading Arm with the help of land based Cranes, it shall be entirely Contractor·s responsibility to consider/arrange suitable number of Barge Cranes with-in the quoted price to make the installation of new Marine Loading Arm complete in all respects. | - | - | - | - |

All works for Laying/ Installation of line pipe, associated fittings and accessories, etc. as per specifications, standards, drawings, other provisions of Contract and Instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, including but not limited to carrying out the following:
Receiving and taking over of "free issue" bare line pipes and Elbows from Dumpsite; carrying out inspection of Linepipes and Elbows at the time of receiving and taking over, carrying out repair of defects after receiving and taking over including supply of materials, consumables & equipment; handling, hauling, transportation and unloading of the linepipes and Elbows from Dumpsite to Contractor's own stock yard(s)/ work site(s)/ work shop(s), including arranging all equipment, trailers, trucks & manpower; Arrangement of all additional land required for Contractor's storage, fabrication, access for construction (other than Owner provided ROU);
Supply of all materials (except Owner supplied materials, as applicable), consumables, equipment, labour, etc; Thorough internal cleaning of all pipes by suitable methods to remove debris, shots, grits etc.; Aligning, bending, cutting and beveling (as required) of pipes for welding and field adjustments, NDT of re-beveled area, welding, carrying out destructive & non- destructive testing of welds required as per approved NDT specifications (including radiography) and providing all requisite equipment, labour, supervision, materials, films, consumables etc.; carrying out repairs of weld joints as required, carrying out re-radiography and other non-destructive tests on repaired joints, etc.; | - | - | - | - |

Supply of paints, solvents and primers, preparation of surfaces and application of primer and finish paints suitable for Industrial/ Industrial Marine environment for above ground piping including fittings as per standard specification for Surface preparation and protective coating, identification, lettering/ numbering, colour coding etc. as specified including rub down and touch up of shop primer or scrapping of shop primer wherever required and providing of scaffolding for all heights, labour, materials, tools and tackles, consumables, supervision etc. to complete the work in all respect as per Standard/ Job Specification, Drawings, Standards and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge; | - | - | - | - |
| 8 | Mobilizing adequate skilled manpower, equipment and machinery for completion of all works.; adhering to all safety norms implied by the ROU/ ROW authority (as applicable); Carrying out hydrostatic testing including air cleaning, flushing, filling, gauging, pressurization of complete pipeline section in various test sections as approved by Engineer-In-Charge to the specified test pressure, providing all equipment, pumps, fittings, instruments, dead weight tester, all types of pigs etc., and services, supervision, labour, consumables, arranging adequate quantity of water of suitable quality required for hydrostatic testing including supply of corrosion inhibitor, air, etc. as required, locating of leaks and rectification of defects attributable to Contractor, re-testing after rectification, successful completion of hydro-testing of pipeline (Controlled De-watering etc. covered elsewhere in the SOR); including all tie-in(s) with existing pipeline, including cutting of test header, re-beveling as required;
Carrying out all temporary, ancillary, auxiliary works and all incidental works required to make the pipeline ready for pre-commissioning; Repair of defects recorded during EGP/gauge plate run or otherwise including cutting, beveling, welding, NDT (including Radiography/ X Ray check shots, as applicable), repainting etc. as applicable; Final clean-up and restoration of right of use/ right of way including obtaining work permits/ NOC from respective statutory authorities as required and disposal of debris and returning all surplus material to designated disposal areas/ Company storage yard, as directed by Engineer-In-Charge; Restoration of land, facilities and boundary wall etc. at associated facilities dismantled/damaged by the Contractor during construction; | - | - | - | - |
| 9 | Obtaining work permits/ NOC from various statutory authorities having jurisdiction and complying with all stipulations/ conditions/ recommendations of the said authorities; Preparation of As-Built drawings, pipe-book and other records.
