Restringing of existing ACSR’s conductors and earth wires including cradles, of any description, size & shape and in any position, as in LT/HT overhead lines, on existing poles, including opening of connections and binding wires, removing sag, binding to insulators with new aluminum wire, making and connecting jumper connections etc. including testing complete all as specified and directed. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following provisions also :- (i) Setting/adjusting the position of cradles. (ii) Old serviceable spacers of ACSR conductor shall be reused and fixed as directed

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description /size & in any position from existing LT/HT Poles/Lines complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/description on LT poles/lines including stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections etc including connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing and stringing of old ACSR conductors and earth wires including cradles, of any description, size & shape and in any position, as in LT/HT overhead lines, on existing poles, including opening of connections and binding wires, restringing and tightening of conductors/earth wire in position, removing sag, binding to insulators with new aluminum wire, making and connecting jumper connections etc including testing complete all as specified and directed. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following provisions also :- (i) Setting/adjusting etc in position of cradles. (ii) Old serviceable spacers of ACSR conductor shall be reused obtained from item Ser No 2.00.

Dismantling & taking down of old existing mild steel articles items from poles such as cross arms of channels/sections, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers of any description and in any position from LT over head line poles/ street light poles complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers and including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old mild steel articles obtained from item Ser No 5.00 shall be reused.

Supply, fabrication and fixing for mild steel such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint of any description of LT over head line poles/ street light poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out of old existing unserviceable insulators of any description and in any position from LT/HT poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F single disc assembly for disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white , brown or green for HT 11 KV overhead line grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators, including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height and 150mm dia suitable for working pressure upto and including for 11000 volts HT line fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 10.00 above but of size 100mm height and 65mm dia suitable for 1100 volts LT lines fixed on poles.

S&F Shackle type 75mm height and 90mm dia insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green including galvanised mild steel strap 31mm x 3mm, insulator bolts 12mm dia with suitable washers and nut, suitable for working pressure upto & including for 1100 volts LT line fixed on LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable spacers of any description and in any position from the LT electric overhead lines of any height and supplying and fixing new best quality, waterproof & shockproof PVC insulated spacers, 12mm dia flexible type suitable for making / turning to any shape and size (straight or spiral) and suitable for 2 or 3 conductor runs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 13.00 above but spacers suitable for five conductors run.

All as per item Ser No 13.00 above but PVC insulated straight strip type spacers of width 25 mm suitable for five conductor run overhead lines.

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking out existing unserviceable gang operated switch & Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of outdoor, gang operated switch, tilting type, 11KV of current rating upto 200 Amps, triple pole, each pole consisting of galvanized steel base, HT insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spray, loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipes for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF & ON positions. All ferrous parts hot dripped galvanized and non ferrous heavily tinned to with stand weather and suitable for vertical mounting complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling 11 KV air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for insulators and operating mechanism and repair/replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- New spare parts replaced for GOD shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' BoQ as “supply only” but fixing element of same shall be deemed to be included under this item.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular strut pole of 9/11 mtr (LT/HT) including protection pipe, cross arms, clamps, GI pipe bracket of street/ security light , anti climbing devices etc. including scraping out old rusted paint and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint on all the metallic surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Numbering of the poles and repainting blue bands shall be done with synthetic enamel paint, letter/ band's shape & size shall be printed as directed.

Trimming/cutting of all trees branches and cleaning of bushes upto 2 metre distance both side from nearest conductor/earth wire at LT/HT overhead line including cleaning of site and depositing of material upto 50 metre distance complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation,grass cutting over the areas around the poles/feeder piller boxes/ sub stations not exceeding 15 cm depth including cleaning the bushes and vegetation/root of small trees and leveling including removal of surplus soil in soft/hard dense soil and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable/worn out danger notice plate of any description & any position and supply & fixing for danger notice plate 20x15 cm size and 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including demolition of existing as in coping including necessary form work or in any situation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down the unserviceable breather assembly with silica gel complete for 100 KVA to 1000 KVA transformer and supply and fix cast iron breather assembly complete with breather unit and silica gel including connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting defective indoor/outdoor type transformer of various capacities 100KVA to 160KVA from HT/LT sides taking out transformer oil completely storing the oil in suitable container (to be provided by the contractor) lifting the top cover and core assembly carefully and checking the condition, refilling the transformer oil completely after necessary repair, and fixing the top cover complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Rewinding of the transformer shall be measured and paid separately. (b) In case of major repairs/replacement in transformer which cannot be undertaken at site the transformer shall be shifted to civil workshop and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of this aspect. (c) Dismantling of core and repairs shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item Ser No 39.00 above but for transformer of capacity exceeding 200 KVA but not exceeding 315 KVA.

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable circuit tap changer assembly and supply and fix off circuit tap changer assembly suitable for any make of 100KVA to 500 KVA transformer with 7 tapping position including opening top cover breaker etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Contractor is solely responsible for making good of any damage to transformer during tap changing operations.

Supply, filling and for topping up the transformer/OCB’s with new transformer oil duly filtered with filtration plant. Note:- (a) The transformer oil shall be type EHV confirming to IS 3357 of 1983 (b) Mineral oil grade 'B' shall be used. (c) The transformer oil should have a high dielectric strength not less than 40KV.

M&L for isolating the HT/LV supply from power transformer 2.00 to 3.15 MVA capacity by disconnecting HT 33 KV line & 11 KV line and opening clamps, bus bar extension and isolating disconnecting HT 33KV and 11KV connecting to transformer by opening clamps, bus bar extension and isolating the transformer from bus bar out door type, shifting the transformer to civil workshop. Decanning transformer oil complete taking out cores and windings from body and put in oven for heating the coils for improvement of insulation resistance till proper insulation results achived, cleaning transformer body inside and out side complete, painting with two coats of super enamelled paint inside and out side the body complete after scratching and removing old paint layers, refixing cores and coils in transformer body. Refilling oil, dehydration and filteration of oil to improve the dielectric strength /insulation value of transformer oil upto 60 KV and carryout test results such as megger test, Ratio Test, magnetic balance test, short circuit test, full load test, including replacement of wornout nuts bolts, all gaskets, packing sheets, sleeves, temp gauge etc complete reshifting the transformer at MRS install on platform and connecting HT 33 KV /11 KV connection incl replacement of clamps nuts bolts & washer complete connecting and making control wiring system in serviceable condition and testing of transformer on full load complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Test report of transformar shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge signed.

Filtration/dehydration of transformer oil through filtration plant to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of the transformer oil upto 60KV. Note : - (a) The contractor will take shut down orders in working before commencement of the work from Engineer-in-charge. (b) The contractor shall ensure no wastage in transformer oil (c) The contractor solely responsible for any damage to the transformer during filtration operations. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer at his own cost without any extra cost to the department (d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration.

S&F in repair temperature gauge of existing specification/ Model for transformer of capacity 500 to 1000 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L silica gel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only insulation material PCB electrical grade such as barriers coil to coil insulation block and rings insulation cylinders, ebonite sleeves complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and refixing of new HT & LT coils/strips, disconnecting the 100 KVA to 160 KVA 11KV/433Volts indoor/outdoor transformer HT/LT side, taking out transformer oil completely, storing the oil in suitable container/barrels properly cleaned ones (to be provided by the contractor) lifting the transformer from the Sub station, shifting of transformer to civil workshop lifting the top cover and core assembly carefully and taking down 11KV/ 433 volts copper LT coils and 11KV HT coils from the transformer and S&F new HT & LT copper coil made out of proper size suitable for DPC copper wire of high quality suitable rating sleeve insulating materials like varnish etc, complete after necessary arrangement with new coils, necessary insulation spacing blocks, runners and proper refixing of core complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) HT & LT copper coil/strips and insulation material PCB electrical grade such as barriers coil to coil insulation block and rings insulation cylinders, ebonite sleeves shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedules/BOQ. (ii) The rate quoted is deemed to be included for cutting / chipping of RCC and for the minor grill work such as PCC, plastering foundation work. (iii) Proper drying shall be done in drying chamber after drying, taking the core coil assembly, filling the filtered transformer oil having good dielectric strength, replacement of suitable size rubberized cork gasket, bolts and nuts etc complete by fixing top cover, conservator etc, through cleaning and painting to the transformer with good quality paint complete and testing complete at civil workshop. (iv) Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule. (v) Installation of transformer, testing and connecting the both HT & LT cables, commissioning of transformer after checking voltage and all loading the transformer to the full load all as specified and directed. (vi) The cost of coil will be inclusive of varnish sleeving and insulating material.

Opening the 1000 KVA transformer cover along with the conservator by removing the nut bolts then after removing the internal HT & LT connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings taking out the core winding assembly out of the tank of the transformer, cleaning of core assembly by spraying forced TR oil, having ratio 11/0.433KV, draining & decanting of burnt transformer oil and clearing of sludge deposited in the tank with CTC for the transformer. Reconditioning of LT coil, Heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and remove all the moisture present in it, removal of leakage of tank if any by carefully welding, refilling transformer oil to tank with filteration upto suitable die electric strength to tank, after putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, reassembling making the internal HT & LT connections by fixing the studs, bushing & fitting top cover by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator, testing the transformer in the workshop duly filled with oil, including transportation of transformer from site to workshop and vice a versa complete all as specified and directed, for various capacities as under:- Note:- (i) Unserviceable items required for repairs shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) Transformer oil with di electric strength not less than 40 KV either new or filtered shall be filled and shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Dismantling & taking out of old existing PT 11 KV and supply, fixing & testing protection PT for 11 KV VCB/OCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for jointing and testing outdoor type heat shrinkable end termination joint suitable for 11 KV, XLPE insulated cable of 95 Sqmm 3 core including taking out old unserviceable, cutting the faulty outdoor end termination joint of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All Necesary T & P Blow lamp, HT Megar shall be arrange by the Contractor. (ii) The contractor has to rectifiy the joints within 4 Hrs after detecting of the faults. In case of failure, penalty of Rs 1000 per hours shall be recovered from contractor dues.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 25x4 mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. M&L for servicing /preventive maintenance of DG set of capacity 160KVA to 320 KVA at site comprising of the following check & re adjust valve tapped clearence in cold, drain out used engine oil by opening the oil chamber ,cleaning the chamber throughly, pouring the new engine oil refixing the chamber cover with new gasket , replacement of diesel filter, oil filter, air filter, cleaning the diesel tank, clean radiator fins & air to air after coller & AVM pads, check rubber seal and hose pipes replace if found defective, check coupling disc on injection pump, check speed of governer for proper functioning and lubricating in linkages, check clean air filter element, check functioning of engine protection unit repair to instruments panel, check and repair of any leakage etc.and replacement of small minor items such as nut, bolts, washers, etc are included in quoted rates of sch A' complete all as specified and directed. Note: Engine oil and filters shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.
