Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation or shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable laying, sewage/water lines etc complete all as specified and directed .

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exc 1.50km but n. exc 5km and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for forming embankment for soils including raising (or lowering) earth , spreading in layers n. exc. 30cm thick watering, ramming/rolling up to 95% proctor density and finishing to required size shape etc n. exc 1.5mtr high from base complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for forming embankment for soils including raising (or lowering) earth , spreading in layers n. exc. 30cm thick watering, ramming/rolling up to 95% proctor density and finishing to required size shape etc exc 1.5mtr n. exc 3.0 mtr high from base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for flat Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc; vertical or to batter for fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flat form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup-ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for fair finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for square or rectangular Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc. for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT reinforcement bars 8mm dia and over cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.14 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S & F 4 mm galvanised mild steel plain wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cast iron work grade FG 150, machine made, in pulleys and similar articles as required at site and each article weighing less than 5 kg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled section such as joist, beam, channel, angle iron, tee etc in available lengths to shape as required, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including all necessary drilling and boring or revetting of similar work confirming to Fe-290 E-165 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed . Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seprately as supply only.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of existing PQC surfaces from dust and other impurities using pressurised air and water and applying two coats of water based exterior acrylic emulsion in camouflanging pattern (in multicolour psttern as approved by GE) over acoat of exterior primer (water based) complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for obliteration of existing painted surfaces of lines / dashes / arrows width not exceeding 30 cm with mechanical grinders as in concrete floors / hardstanding / tarmac areas / runway to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of roads, pavements and like and applying two coats of road marking paint such as lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of demolished concrete and disposed off by contractor on his own arrangement from site to out of Mod land including loading, unloading distance not exceeding 5 Km, complete all as specified and directed.
