Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, or for drains etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of settled earth/ soil in drains, hard/ dense soil, n.exc 1.5 deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material in any type of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 above but except bricks.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete and as sub base of drain, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2, (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or drain channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, inc forms mouds mitred stopped ends etc complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Inner girth shall only be measured)

Supply only integral waterproofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 300mm bore, reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, conform to IS 458-2003, laid and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar 1:2 with and including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 300mm bore including packing under, and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes shall be 15cm. (ii) Width of bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/collars) plus 30 cm.

Material & Labour 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, finishing the surface even and fair as in sub base of path and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 80mm thick (glosy finish) factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive way or light traffic, parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/ shape , made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
