CD- 01 ; Location = Moja Rampur Jatan, Moginanda near Industrial Area, Nahan, Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh
Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation, trenches and clearance etc. in all kinds of soils such as hard soil mixed with kankar/ boulders, morrum, rocky area, pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/ hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock where blasting prohibited, dressing of excavated surface area and dewatering wherever required complete in all respect, saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth side of foundations, trenches, backfill of side/ wing walls, temporary bunds formation for water diversion etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Supplying, filling, spreading leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick in required profile including supply of stones and preparing surface complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
Silt flushing sluice gate (1 m X 1.5 m) us side head wall mounted: a) Vertical lift sluice gates and gate elements, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of vertical lift sluice gate and gate elements, consisting of skin plate, horizontal and vertical girders, stiffeners, lifting pins, bronze padded slide blocks/ bearings, guide shoes, rubber seals, clamps etc. with all leads and lifts, b) fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of embedded parts consisting of sill beam, slide tracks, seal seats, guide rails, dogging sets for storage of stoplog elements etc., with all accessories including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, seal fixing etc. with all leads and lifts and c) fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of adequate capacity screw gear type hoist consisting of supporting structure, platform, ladder etc., with all accessories for operating escape/ regulator gate including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, fittings, bending, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing etc., complete with all leads and lifts as per specifications drawings and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Drilling of borehole in bouldary formation by ODEX method to construct borehole of minimum 237 mm dia so as to reach targeted depth 70m bgl including measurement of discharge through V-notch at various stages depth of drilling, formation sample collection at every 3 meter interval, preparation and submission of litholog etc and pull out of drill rods, odex casing pipe if any after completion of target depth of drilling with video recordings and photographs (Note : 1. No payment shall be made for 206mm pipe used for odex drilling, 2. The odex pipe to pulled out after lowering of assembly and simultaneously gravel packing to be carried out during pulling of Odex pipe, 3. Preparation and submission of basic data report per site in triplicate along with site location map and approachability with landmarks, logging graphs, data sheets, analysis sheet, chemical analysis report from NABL lab, photographs and videos of activities like drilling , assembly lowering, gravel shrouding , pump lowering, pumping tests, discharge during pumping test, V- notch discharge at various depth of drilling, pumping test with well discharge, discharge measurement with orifice head, compressor development, water sample collection, well site with display board well cap, protection box tec.. The soft copy should be submitted. Summary of wells details in xls format including details of dia and depth, part assembly pipe if any, screen pipe if any, static water level, T DS, aquifer parameters, safe discharge, gravel packing depth and thickness , litholog, depth of fracture zone/ granular zones and respective V-notch discharge etc if any should be also submitted.
Supply and installation of protection box made of GI sheet of 3mm thickness along with Brass lock 7 lever hardened and three keys for each lock as per drawing. Welded portion of protection should be painted with silver paint. Steel Mesh to be welded on inside of protection box on the Air Vent Slots with video recordings and photographs
