Providing, laying , spreading and compacting 75mm - 115 mm thick. (Compacted) graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Complete as per MORTH specification clause 406 as per direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and applying primer coat with medium setting emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. Complete as per MORTH specification clause 502 as per direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (V.G.-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm. on the prepared bituminous/granular surface as required for proper completion of the work. Complete as per MORTH specification clause 503 as per direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and laying 40mm thick (Compacted) bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder(VG-30) @3.30 per cent by weight of total mix and transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 504 complete in all respects. as per direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick (Compacted) semi-dence bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushted aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5-5.0% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem roller to achived the desired compection. Complete as per MORTH specification clause 508 as required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of engineer incharge.

Soling with 80 mm thick 'I'-shaped 40 Mpa interlocking tile having plan dimension [200x(160+120)]mm over 50 mm thick local sand on both sides of roads including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and including supply of tiles, filling joints with local sand, spreading blinding coat 1 cm (3/8") depth of local sand over the entire surface and including supply of all materials, labour tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick (Compacted) dence graged bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @4.02-4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all respects. as per direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick (Compacted) bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4-5.6 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achived the desired compection. Complete as per MORTH specification clause 509 as required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of engineer incharge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m. And lead upto 30.00 m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30.00 m. from the foundation trenches. (Where machine can not reache/move). as per direction of engineer incharge.

Cement concrete with 4cm. Gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer incharge.
