The bidder should have executed Design, Supply, Installation, Testing/Training & Commissioningof online continuous effluent monitoring system for STPs and real time data transmission to CPCB, KSPCB servers. work during last3 years 2022-23 to 2024-25 to any of the Government Department/ Government Undertaking/ Government Organization in India for not less than 80% of the estimated bid value i.e. 25.39 lakhs OR 4For micro and small enterprisesDesign, Supply, Installation, Testing/Training & Commissioning, of online continuous effluent monitoring system for STPs and real time data transmission to CPCB, KSPCB servers. work during last 2 years 2023-24 to 2024-25 to any of the Government Department/ Government Undertaking/ Government Organization in India for not less than40% of the estimated bid value i.e. 12.69 lakhs bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.3

The bidder should have executed Design, Supply, Installation, Testing/Training & Commissioning 50 KW on grid solar system. work during last3 years 2022-23 to 2024-25 to any of the Government Department/ Government Undertaking/ Government Organization in India for not less than 80% of the estimated bid value i.e. 34.60 lakhs OR 4For micro and small enterprisesDesign, Supply, Installation, Testing/Training & Commissioning, of50 KW on grid solar system. work during last 2 years 2023-24 to 2024-25 to any of the Government Department/ Government Undertaking/ Government Organization in India for not less than40% of the estimated bid value i.e. 17.30 lakhs bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.3

Should have directly carried out on grid solar work of 25 kw and above or should make MOU with any solar subcontractor who installed ongrid solar 25 kw and above at one location

The bidder must possess valid ISO 9001:2015from ISO institute bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.4

The bidder should be a company registered under IndianCompanies Act,1956/2013. Thecompany should have been in operations for at least10years bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.1

If the bidder is not OEM, The Bidder may collaborate with an OEM for any product or solution supplied as part of this project(meeting specifications outlined in the section scope of work of the RFP). Hence the Bidder must provide mandatorily a MAF certification from the OEM for the work of Design, Supply, Installation, Testing/Training & Commissioning, of online continuous effluent monitoring system for STPs and real time data transmission to CPCB, KSPCB servers which comprises of the feature specifications as outlined in the scope of work bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.6

The OEM must possess valid ISO 9001:2015, from ISO institute bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.7

If the bidder itself is the OEM, then the requirement to provide an MAF certification is waived off. In such cases, the bidder must provide a self-declaration on company letterhead accompanying their status as the OEM and its commitment to fulfilling the project requirements specified in the tender. bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.8

The bidder shall have furnish the copy of the valid certificate for continuous effluent monitoring analyzer instruments (COD, BOD, TSS, NO3, NO2, Ammoniacal Nitrogen, pH.) issued by a reputed certifying agency like TUV Germany /MCERT/USEPA for the system and equipments manufactured (OEM)/supplied by the bidder and shall accompany to CPCB KSPCB standards stipulations. Further, it is the responsibility of the bidder to submit the documents as and when required by the regulatory bodies, delegates and TMC authorities with the consent of Executive Engineer Project bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.

The bidder should have minimum annual Turnover of INR 75.0 Lakhs in any One of last three (3) Financial Years OR For Micro and Small Enterprises should have minimum annual Turnover of INR 37.50 Lakhs in any One of last three (2) Financial Years . Credential of group companies or parent companies or subsidiary not allowed bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.2

An Unconditional Line of Credit Certificate in original issued by any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank for a. minimum of Rs. 22.50 Lakh in favor of the The Chief officer TMC Byadagi Should be upload prescribed format as mentioned in the bid document. bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.2.8

Turnover certificates

Technical compliance to the specifications, this should be approved / authorized by the Manufacturer/OEM bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.10

Every Bidder shall swear and upload an Affidavit accepting the above conditions and also stating that he / she has not been blacklisted by any Government Department / Autonomous Body / Corporation / Company / Local Body and that he / she is not involved in any litigation against any Government Department / Autonomous Body / Corporation / Company / Local Body.bidder should refere tender document and tender cluase no.2.15.11

Bidder Should be upload Copy of the GST Registration certificate.

A self declaration for having not been disqualified/Black listed/suspended from empanelment of from participation in any tender from Government or Quasi Government agency in the union of India.
