Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels & drains etc. complete all as specified.

Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole covers and the like duly placed on manholes with cement mortar (1:4) complete.

Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping,weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked.

Brick work using bricks as specified in PS-II clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Brick work half brick thick wall using bricks as specified in PS-II clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

25 mm thick, cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, finished rough, as in sub floors or similar locations, complete all as specified.

Granite jet black shade, 15-18 mm thick,as in step, jambs, cooking platform and like, machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry, over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:4) renering, & joints pointed with grout of matching shade complete all as specified.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles not less than 7mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sq.m but n. exc. 0.11 Sq.m laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified.

First quality, glazed ceramic, straight cut/joint free, 6-7 mm thick colored tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.17 sq.m but not exceeding 0.19 Sq.m, on vertical surfaces such as dado etc over & including 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in grout of matching shade of tiles, complete, all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair mixed with or without water proofing coompound on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified. NOTE:- Water proofing compound (WPC) will be measured & paid separately uder respective item of BoQ, as applicable.

Three coats of white washing on new plastered wall surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.
