Providing and laying waterproofing for terrace areas Waterproofing Work (open to sky & Semi covered) by following methods as per specifications listed below with a minimum warranty period of 5 years : Surface laitance must be removed by using grinding, shot blasted or pressure washed with high/ultra high pressure.At construction joints, honeycombs, any weak areas providing and applying PMM Polymer moodified to repair. with a slurry prepared by mixing 1 part Tammsweld : 5 parts cement : 15 part of sand , by volume. For cracks above 1 mm chase open cracks of minimum 6mm x 12 mm and fill the same with Dymonic 100 - PU moisture triggered PU sealant.All clean & treated area should tested for water tighness by flooding water. All wet spots & water leakage area should mark for treatment. Providing & applying FloArm PU Sheild -G or Equivalent shall be roller or squeegee applied having High Solids Content, Cold Liquid-Applied Elastomeric Waterproofing Membrane with Separate Wearing Course and Vertical wall terminations should be made a minimum 6” (15 cm) above the finish grade or brick ledge when connecting to an air/vapor barrier beneath an exterior facade. For applications where the concrete wall is to be exposed above grade, terminate no more than 2” (5 cm) below grade. An approved protection course and/or TREMDrain Series drainage mat may be placed after membrane is cured to a firm rubber set, minimum of 12 hr at 75 °F (23 °C), 50% RH. VOC Content: No more than 95 g/L Hardness, ASTM D 2240: 58-64. Low Temperature Crack Bridging, ASTM C836; ASTM C1305: Pass. Adhesion-in-Peel after Water Immersion, ASTM C836; ASTM C 794: 8 lbf/in (14 N/cm) Extension after heat aging No observable cracking, ASTM C836; ASTM C1522: Pass Elongation ASTM D 412 - 900% Solid Content : 85%, DFT is 1MM for 1 coat

Providing and applying Two coat FloArm PU Shield-G or Equivalent Polyurethene based- single component water proof coating requried 8 Sq mt/kg for single coat . The Waterproofing System is capable of forming a waterproof barrier around or inside the concrete, complete.
