Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared with all tools & plants ,labour charges etc complete as directed.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge with all tools & plants ,labour charges etc complete as directed.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built upsections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres leadas per direction of Engineer-in-charge with all tools & plants ,labour charges ,scafolding etc complete as directed.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. ,including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 800mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for Sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plant,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing and laying SBR Polymer modified (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) plain/reinforced concrete jacket for the structural members e.g. columns, pillars, piers, beams etc with 1:1:2 concrete with ordinary portland cement (not less than 330kg per cum, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria, with 75mm thickness all-round existing core of RCC member. (Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of making holes in existing RCC slab, if required, for pouring concrete in shuttering mould of jacket and appropriate approved Super-Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable self compacting and SBR polymer but shall exclude cost of reinforcement, bond coat, Shear Keys, centering and shuttering,strutting, propping etc, including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plant,scaffolding etc complete as directed. (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument)

Providing and fixing scaffolding system to support the canopy beam and slab, upto 5.00 metre height, above ground level, made with 40 mm dia G.I. telescopic adjustable props, placed 0.30 metre centre to centre,braced with M.S. Tubes, M.S. clamps etc.and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for supporting the structure and removing it thereafter as directed. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.,as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc complete as directed.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Laying water bound macadam sub-base with brick aggregate and binding material, earth etc. including screening, sorting and spreading to template and consolidation with light power road-roller etc.complete.(payment for brick aggregate and moorum etc. to be made separately) Over burnt (Jhama) brick aggregate 90 mm to 45 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge ,including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete of approved quality in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge ,including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Fabricating and fixing cast iron gate of size 4.00 m X 1.80 m fabricated out of 50 mm square bars and 25 mm dia drawing..Painting the exposed surface with synthetic enamel paint two coat over a coat of zinc chromate primer including cost of all materials, labour etc complete as directed.

Providing and fixing of children play equipment - straight slide 8' (height) of approved design and make, with 450mm wide ladder and 450mm wide slide made out of FRP, frame work with GI pipe and hand rail for ladder, fixing the equipment in position in line and level with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) for foundations of size ( 0.3x0.3x0.45) mtr and suitable anchor bolts and painting with primer to all sections etc complete including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, transportation etc complete as directed.

Providing and fixing illumination Lighthouse name/ Visitor display board of size 2.00 x 1.20m, outer frame made out25mm G.E square allround frame work and 25mm GE square tubes intermediate section of1.2mtr length 2nos, vertical legs of 50mm GI pipe,C class- 3.00m total height,stay pipe of 50mm GI pipe,C class of 1.5 mtr length on both legs with with aluminium sheet 16 gauge, and matter printed in trilingual on vinyl sheet of superior quality and to be pasted on board with suitable nut & bolts ,welding as per required and painting two coat of Apoxy paint above a coat of apoxy primer , board to be fitted at suitable place with cement concrete as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc complete

Providing,supplying and erection of Gazebo with seating arrangement (Drawing No: Coc/GZB/2023/001) using Framework of Main Vertical support of 150x150x4mm and 100x50x3 mm tubular sections as horizontal members and 50x50x3.6mm as rafter members and 25x25x2 mm as purlin for support of mangalore tiles including cost of powder coating, flooring with vertified tiles & seating with granite as directed by engineer in charge, transportation including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as per drawing.

Painting two coats with premium quality Exterior emulsion paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) of approved brand and colour to the compound wall , kerb stones after scrapping, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Asian / Berger) of required shade and color over the previously painted surface of walls to get an even shade after filling the cracks / holes with wall putty, cleaning and preparing the surface with putty blade, including supply of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding etc. complete as directed - (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. (With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre)

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to the exterior of the Lighthouse Tower to give an even shade after scrapping and cleaning the surface and applying a coat of cement primer etc as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,scaffolding etc complete.

Painting with Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) of required shade of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade to the interior side of Tower after removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches and applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants , scaffolding etc complete.

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour (Asian/Berger) to previously painted wooden door, window with guard bars . after removing rust, sand papering, applying metal/wood primer where ever required, including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants,saffolding etc. complete.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete including cost of suplly of materials ,all charges etc complete as directed.

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete-Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm including cost of suplly of materials ,all charges etc complete as directed.

Providing and fixing Neelgiri/ Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light, watering,with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of officer incharge .
