Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth, getting out for electric cable complete in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, soil obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan any make with down rod of any length from ceiling/ roof carefully, cleaning to remove any type of sticky dust with cleaning material as required and re-fixing in its original / desired location with providing new down rod of 15mm GI pipe, heavy duty, of required length at shed/ site as directed with connection incl provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan after repairing, greasing, oiling, replacement of spare parts/ items such as pins, nut bolts, rubber reel, capacitor, flexible wire etc as required for proper functioning of fan incl spray painting with synthetic enamel paint in white colour complete all as specified and directed.
