SOLAR POWER PLANT :- S&F PV Modules:- Each Module consist of 535-545 wp, Mono Perc, Half Cut PV Modules, Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar PV Module. The PV modules used must qualify to the latest edition of IEC PV module qualification test or equivalent BIS standards. PV modules must be tested and approved by one of the IEC authorized test centers. Module Warranty The manufacturer should warrant the Solar Module(s) to be free from the defects and/or failures specified below for a period not less than twenty five (25) years from the date of commisioning. All photovoltaic modules should carry a linear performance warranty from second year. The solar PV modules offered should not degrade more than 2.5% for first year and not more than 0.7% for second year of its rated power. During the first 10 years and entire life span of 25 years the solar modules should not degrade more than 10% and 20% of its rated power respectively. Note for item No. 41 to 45 of above :-(a) Structural material shall be corrosion resistant and electrolytically compatible with the materials used in the module frame, its fasteners, and nuts and bolts. Necessary protection towards rusting need to be provided either by coating or anodization. The structural member shall be not dipped galvanized with 85 micro thickness.
(b) MMS design/foundation design should be as per relevant IS code and shall be supported with design software report/design calculations vetted by any IIT/NIT/SERC/Govt Engg College and submitted for the approval of the Accepting Officer alongwith wind loading calculation sheet. Also, the design should be suitable for sun light and climatic condition of the plant location. The design life should be more than 25 years and grade of steel shall be YST310. The structure should be suitable for easy removing and refixing/ replacing of PV modules of the Solar Plant. The height of MMS shall be as per latest MNRE guidelines and considering highest flood level in the area. (c) The MMS structured steel shall be as per latest IS2062:2011 and galvanization of the mounting structure shall be in compliance of latest IS 4759. (d) The fasteners used should be made of stainless steel of grade SS316. The array structure shall be so designed that it will occupy minimum space without sacrificing the output from the SPV panels. (e) MMS shall have to be adequately protected from atmosphere and weather prevailing in the area. (f) Foundation of MMS structure shall be designed for all load combination as per relevant Indian Standard based on soil testing done by the contractor. (g) Minimum ground clearance of one meter shall be provided for solar panels in MMS structure. (h) Tenderer are here by advised to visit the site of work before quoting their rates and must be familiar with regard to ground base solar plant and roof top solar power plant.
