Electrical Works.

Supply and fixing of LED street light fittings having die cast aluminium body and diffurser with driver set sutible for 65 wattt confirming to IP 66 protaction complete in all respects Catt-AAA

Supply and laying of 16 sq. mm 2 core aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Supply and fixing of 16 sq. mm 2 core brass nickle plated compression gland for PVC insulated & armoured served sheathed, underground cable including rubber ring etc. complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supplying and fixing of palm or pin type copper tin plated cable socket (lug) to the cable leads, insulating with tape and making connection etc. complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer Incharge. (d) 16 sq.mm.

S/F following capacity of automatic street light cubicle control panel painted with anti corrosive alkali and acid proof paint consisting of timer switch TSO 100 series with contractors HRC fuses, isolating switch Metering instrument box with CTS etc. in case of TPN complete in all respects.

Supply and erection of steel tubular pole 410-SP-63, 12 m long, 277 Kg complete with 1/6th of overall length of pole below ground level with 45 cm dia cement concrete with 45cm dia cement plinth around the pole and 45cm above the ground level.The foundation of underground will not be less than 20 cm thick layer of cement conrete in the ration of 1:3:6 ( cement : coarse sand : over burnt brick ballast/stone ballast). The brick ballast / stone ballast will be used of 1.25 cm size with stone pad of 30X30X7.5 cm at the base. The cost includes all men and materials complete.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV originating/terminating pole fitting including all T&P,men and material for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of 11 kv originating/terminating pole fitting with guarding channel 2.24 M long instaed of Z calamps including all T&P,men and material for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of 11KV pin insulator complete.

Holes spaced 75mm apart drilled up to 2 metre from the bottom complete with earthing lead of No. 6 to 8SWG GI wire in G.I. Pipe up to appron (and from appron to switch board the cost of G.I. wire and pipe will be extra) upto switch board, 30cm square C.I. box with hinged cover masonary enclosure, funnel at top, alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt at least 150mm thick alround etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respects as per drawing.

Supply,sagging,tensioning,jointing and binding of ACSR Weasel conductor including cost of aluminium tape binding wire and jointing sleeves complete in all respects including materiaI,men an T&P for proper completion of work.

Supply,sagging,tensioning,jointing and binding of ACSR Raccoon conductor including cost of aluminium tape binding wire and jointing sleeves complete in all respects including men & material and T&P for proper completion of work.

Supply, sagging,tensioning,jointing and binding of G.I. wire no. 6 SWG on ST poles/service bracket complete in all respect including all men and material,T&P, required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & sagging,tensioning,jointing,binding two parallel length of G.I. no. 6 SWG wire along the span and G.I. no. 6 SWG wire across the span each at an interval of 5m for cross lacing complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of L.T. ordinary pole fitting for single phase three wire line in vertical configuration consisting of two numbers 50 X 6mm clamp of M.S. flat with two numbers 100 X 115mm shackle insulator and one number 50 X 6mm M.S. clamp for earth wire complete in all respects.

Supply and fixing of L.T. extra orginating/terminating pole fitting for single phase three wire for street light mains in vertical configuration consisting of supply and fixing of G.I shackle straps 250X40X3 mm 2 pairs with 18 mm dia holes as per drawing.

Supply and fixing of L.T. extra angle/section pole fitting for single phase three wire for street light mains in vertical configuration consisting of supply and fixing of G.I shackle straps 250X40X3 mm 4 pairs with 18 mm dia holes as per drawing shackle complete in all respects.

Supply and fixing of L.T. extra junction /Tee-Off pole fitting for single phase three wire for street light mains in vertical configuration consisting of supply and fixing of G.I shackle straps 50X40X3 mm 2 pairs with 18 mm dia holes as per drawing.

Supply and fixing of Loop guard framed out of G.I. no 6 SWG wire on L.T.line complete with all materiaI,Iabour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer incharge of work/site.

Painting of S.T.poles and all mountings on it with two coats of aluminium paint with an under coat of red oxide paint on length above 10 M support above the ground level or as per direction of Engineer in charge of work/site including all T&P,men & material for proper completion of work.

Supply & Laying of 185 Sq.mm 3 core standard aluminium conductor XLPE (Cross linked polyethylene) insulated PVC bedded. Galvanised flat steel strip armoured cables confirming to I.S.7098(Part-ll with latest amendments) 11 KV grade at a depth of 900 mm etc. complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of M-seal jointing kit suitable for upto 70 sq.mm 3 core H.T.cable outdoor type with kit no. OT-5 including all materials,labour and T&P required for proper completion of work as per specification.

Supply and fixing of 100 mm dia G.l.pipes B,class for climbing up the cable from ground to over head line including all accessories, materiaIs, labours and T&P required for proper completion of work as per specification.

Supply and fixing of anticlimbing device fabricated from G.I. flat of 25 mmX6 mm size in a shape of ring of the pole size,having G.l. flat pointed fins of length 225 mm in 8 nos and also barbed wire in 200 mm length above the said ring including all material labour T&P.etc complete.

Supply & fixing of danger board fabricated from 10 gauge MS. sheet as approved by engineer in charge complete in all respect.

Supply & erection of stay of Composite mains for ST pole with GI anchor plate (152X152X6mm) stay rod (16mm dia X 1.85 m Iong), GI stay bow (16 mm dia rod, thimble, double stay tightener, clamps & stay wire (GS 7/3.15 mm) including grouting in 1:4:8 ratio of cement concrete using coarse sand, over burnt brick ballast as per direction of engineer in charge complete in all respect.

Supply & fixing of Straight M.S.channel 75X40 mm, 2.24 m long complete.

Supply & fixing of clamp suitable for securing the above channel complete.
