Dismantling the existing Window/ Split type RAC machine carefully from it's original locations including, carrying & deposited to section store as instructed by EIC.

Supply and delivery of Non inverter wall mounted SPLIT room air conditioner having the following major specification: (a) Minimum Cooling capacity required: 18000 BTU/Hr. or Higher (b) Minimum ISEER - 3.5 (c) Rated voltage-230V +/-5%, Frequency 50Hz. (d) Outdoor Ambient Temperature- 56°C. (e) Compressor type- Rotary. (f) Mini. Room Discharge air flow rate 620 CPM or higher (g) Condencer tupe-Copper condencer col (h) Minimum Tonnage required: 1.5TR or higher (i) Refrigarent- R32/R410A (j) Cordless Remote arrangement with all modernize provision of temperature setting, Fan speed option(low/medium/high), Auto swing, Air direction setting. Timer facility, Turbo operation setting, Air ventilation arrangement and others.Incl. delivery charges. (Make: O General/Mitsubishi Heavy or as per direction of EIC) with remote incl. battery and with a minimum 5-year OEM warranty on both the compressor and PCB.

Timer facility, Turbo operation setting, Air ventilation arrangement and others.Incl. delivery charges. (Make: O General/Mitsubishi Heavy or as per direction of EIC with remote incl battery and with a minimum 5-year OEM warranty on both the compressor and PCB.

Installation, Testing & commissioning of 1.5/2.0 Tr. Split type AC both indoor /outdoor unit incl. S& F of 40x 40x 5 mm MS angle iron frame for installation ODU & sealing of the holes in wall created during copper pipe connection between IDU/& ODU by proper sand cement plastering & painting (both inside & outside) to match up with the original finish mending good damages to complete the installation as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Laying of (i) gauge copper pipe 5 /8'' prime prime 0.7 mm thickness for suction (ii) copper pipe 1 / (4'') 0.6 mm thick for discharge OEM Make with 9 mm thick thermal insulation foam nitrile/rubber/Kflex/ Accroflex with max saddling with max. 1 mtr. distance both for suction & discharge pipe and mending good the hole damages as per direction of EIC (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.)

S& Laying 4 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated & unarmoured copper wire (Finolex /Havells/ KEI) for 1.5/2.0 Tr. Split AC machine extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.) with max saddling with max 1 mtr. Distance as per direction of EIC.

S&F of flexible PVC high quality water carrying pipe of proper size for draining water from allready installed AC to any available (nearest drain water pipe or vnear to ground level and pipe must be properly saddled with the wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, high quality scaling gum etc. as required. All these arrangement for fixing must be arranged the agency itself as per direction of EIC.

Supply, fitting, fixing PVC pipe approved make Schedule 80 (Medium Duty ASTMI) 17X5 MM &threaded matched with Gl pipe asper 18 1239 Part 1 with all necessary accessories special viz socket, bend union, cross, elbow, nipple, longscrew, reducing tee, short piece etc fixed with lader, tray, clamps incl. cuttingpipes, making thread, fitting, fixing etc.complete in allrespect including cost of allrecovery fittings etc. required, jointing materialsandtwo coats of painting with approved paint any position above ground maxshaddling, with max 1 mtr. distance (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line incl. all special. No seperate payment will be made for acessories, special payments, payment for painting will be made seperately. (a) For Exposed work (25 mm dia)

1st class brick work of width 200 mm. with non-modular bricks in cement sand mortar (1:6) (b) In superstructure ground floor

Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic les in walls and floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. With Sand Cement Mortar (1:3) 15 mm thick & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement 2.91Kg/Sq.m & joint filling using white cement slurry @0.20kg/Sq.m. S&F Timer Control Unit for single phase Split type AC machine assembled with following accessories: - i)12-way SPNDB Box (L & T/Legrand/Siemens)-1 no. ii)16A/20A/25A DP MCB (Make: L&T/Legrand /Siemens ) - 1 no. iii)Digital 24 hour time switch (Make-L&T Cat no.-67DDT0 or equivalent model of GIC/Siemens) -1no. iv)22A 3-pole power contactor (L&T: Type-MNX22 ; Cat no.-CS94980 & CS94981 with 1NO + 1NC Aux. Supply & fixing automatic single phase AC starter of 25Amp capacity equipped with Timecheck, Voltcheck & Ampcheck and 3-digit display (Make- Electron-model no.- OPL-3+ or equivalent model of LT/Legrand as per dierction of E.I.C) to be fixed surface enclosure as to G.S. Including S&F of 4 Module surface mounting enclosure box(Crabtree/Legrand/Havells).

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch, with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. Connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 Pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type Cu sockets and insulated tapes etc. including supplying sockets, tapes. (i) 4 sqmm.
