Dismantling old plaster wall/ceiling or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 150 metres lead complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 250 meters lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing existing layer of APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) membrane of 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, matt consisting of a coat of bitumen and make surace clean to take up the other coat of APP membrane

Thermal Insulation of roofing with Expanded polystyrene fixed with suitable adhesive to the false ceiling as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge : With Type SE - Self Extinguishing type 50 mm thick

Providing and fixing false ceiling of 8mm thick calcium silicate board of approved make with all necessary tools and tackles/scaffolding etc as per the manufacturer specifications and EIC complete.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x10 x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specificaton and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting with 8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process.

Providing structural repairs in Old Damaged concrete structures/surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet. 2) Cleaning the re-bars with rust remover for complete rust removal and washing with water jet to make the surface free from Acid content. 3) Applying Protective coat /bond coat using Polymer and Cement in the proportion of 1:1.5(1 part polymer and 1.5 parts of cement) in synthetic enamel paint like consistency with brush. 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20mm with the proportion of Cement 50kg : Washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg; Silica sand 37.50 kg. mixed with 10 liters of polymer (or 1kg cement :1.75kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75kg Silica sand : 200ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceed 20mm, after every 20mm thick bond coat as per 3 and 4 above to be applied continuing further structural repair works. This work is inclusive of all material, labour etc complete as directed with approved chemical manufacturer and specified by the manufacturer for Structural repair shall be used.

Providing SFMC(Super fine Microconcrete) for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Using 100% SFMC

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts.

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying , cutting and bending ,fixing in positioned tieing with 1.6mm dia. Binding wire etc complete as directed.

Providing and repairing to external/internal plaster in cement mortar1:4 (using river sand) of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area upto 2.5 sq metres including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the wall including admixtured with approved Waterproofing compound@2% by weight of cement used and as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and applying two coats of Polymeric cementitious coating over the concrete or plastered surfaces with the using polymer and cement in ratio specified with using approved manufacturers specifications. Air cures the same for 24hrs. Apply potable water on surface to dampen the area before application of polymeric second coat.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Crack opening & filling : Providing & applying for identifying, cleaning all the joints of centre opening, wet joints, marking the same. Making “V” groove at the interface of joints. Filling the “V” joints with polymer modified mortar/Cebex 100 or Nitomortar 30 M/s Fosroc chemical PVT. LTD. Or equivalent.

Cleaning Kota/Dholpur cladding/stacked stone veneer finished with ruled jointing surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineer-incharge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of requiredscrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding). NOTE : Bidder is strongly advised to visit the site for realistic assessment of the work. No extra claim shall be entertain later.

Providing supplying and sealing the Tile joints with gun grade polysulphide sealant suitable for external tile joints and cleaning the surface neatly and applying approved primer to the surface of approved make and as per the manufacturer's specifications and filling Gun grade sealant into the joints ,lines and levels complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing and applying Elastomeric (Polymer) transparent coating at various walls/terraces etc. including cleaning of surface thoroughly with potable water and removing all loose foreign material, filling of surface cracks specified with using approved manufacturer's specification and guidelines to make the surface completely waterproof. Complete job including material all tools and tackles, manpower etc. for two or more coats as per the direction of Engineer Incharge

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM,D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane of 3 mm thick

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat) of approved make and shade as instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface including scrapping

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade(asianpaints aspira or equivalent make),having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, including scrapping and applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.Two coats

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) Note: Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, for all leads including all lifts involved shall be in the scope of Contractor without any additional charges.

PART - B Any unforeseen item not covered above, executed from CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018 upto a base value of Rs. 4,00,000/- Hint: Bidder is supposed to quote rate for this item in column (green) at value which is at a certain percentage above or below the rate of DSR 2018. For e.g. if the estimated rate is Rs.4,00,000/- then bidder should quote rate of Rs. 4,40,000/- incase he intends item in this part to be paid at the rate of 10% above DSR 2018 or Rs. 3,60,000/- incase he intends item in this part to be paid 10% below the DSR 2018 The value given in the rate for this item shall be used to derive the rate to be paid for the item from DSR 2018
