Repair and overhauling including dismantling / taking down all electrical and mechanical connection of Air blower including motor installed at STP and servicing hole body, change gear oil/ lubricant and V belt, overhauling and testing including painting of complete body and air outlets complete all as specified and directed.Spares and gear oil/ lubricants in adequate qty for one Air Blower should be provide by the contractor and the rate for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates:- (a) Servo Gear oil Super 90 - 5 Ltrs (b) Bearing for Air blower and motor as per sample -1 (c) Oil Seal as per existing size -1 (d) Gasket Kit as per existing size -1 (e) Oil Seal As per existing size -1 (f) V Belt as per existing size -1 (g) Air filter as per existing size -1

Dewatering the equalisation tank with the help of mud pump and removal of complete sludge and cleaning inside, descaling internal surface of tank with wire brush and scraper, washing with fresh water two times with bleaching powdercomplete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Making temporary arrangement for pumping out the raw sewage effluent from manhole near the equalisation tank to a distance of appx 100 mtrs from the STP during cleaning period of equalisation tank, cost incurred is deemed to be included the quoted rates. (b) While cleaning the tank contractor shall ensure necessary safety precautions and to arrange safety mask, Hand Gloves etc. (c) Arrangement for sludge pump to pump out the settled sludge in equalisation tank and manhole is to borne by the contractor , cost incurred is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L for dewatering with the help of Mud Pump and manning for cleaning of MBBR Tanks of compartments of STP of capacity 230 KLD installed at PW Div and removing all the settled solid sludge or any other type of material and applying two coat water proof anti corresive enemel paint through brush/ spray gun inside and out side the tank and through out side for a minimum distance of 100 Mtrs from STP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dewatering with the help of Mud Pump and manning for cleaning of MBBR Tanks of compartments of STP of capacity 120 KLD installed at MH Mhow and removing all the settled solid sludge or any other type of material applying two coat water proof anti corresive enemel paint through brush/ spray gun inside and out side the tank and through out side for a minimum distance of 100 Mtrs from STP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the dry sludge from the sludge drying bed, further drying, loading to a suitable transport and transporting for disposing regularly during period of operation complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge. (Note:-For 120M3/Day 230 M3/Day& 300m3/Day)

Testing of treated water sample, once in every three month by sending the water samples to the authorised laboratories for the following parameters:- (Note:-For 120 M3/Day ,300 M3/Day & 230 M3/Day) a) PH : 5.5 to 9.0 (SPCB Limit) b) BOD: 10 mg/L Maximum (SPCB Limit) c) Turbidity : 5 NTU Maximum (SPCB Limit) d) Total Suspended solids : 30 mg/L Maximum (SPCB Limit) e) Residual chlorine: 1.0 mg/L Maximum (SPCB Limit) f) E. Coli: Nil CFU (SPCB Limit)

Supply and mix bleaching powder grade-I, ISI marked having stable available chlorine % by mass minimum 35% as per IS 1065-1971 with water as directed by Engineer in charge and pouring into dosing plant system complete all as specified and directed. Make : Vikram. Note: Bleaching powder shall be packed and supplied in 25 Kg bag

Supply and mix aluminium chloride in powder form, grade basicity with water as directed and pouring into dosing plant system for purification of water complete all as specified and directed. Make : Vikram.

Supply and mix sodium Hypochloride solution with water as directed and pouring into dosing plant system complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the electric induction motor 415 volts AC 3 Phase, capacity 5 to 7 HP, 440 V, 50Cycle of any make and type from the foundation and pump after disconnecting electric cable connection and earthing etc. and transportation to civil workshop for repair/rewinding, strip opening the motor and removing of defective burnt winding, ball bearing, bush, rewinding the motor after cleaning the rotor and stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing ball bearing, bush, all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation & replacing the u/s nuts, bolts, washers of appropriate size and reassembling the complete motor and re-fixing, proper alignment, coupling with pump including connecting the existing electric cable connection, earthing, and testing the motor on full load up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) Super enamelled copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this DCS in supply only. (ii) The T & P/ vehicles will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for Dismantling mono block/centrifugal pump set motor from the existing foundation after disconnecting the inlet / out let pipe connections, disconnecting electrically and taking to civil authorised KIRLOSKAR dealer workshop for repair/strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by replacement the worn out defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, bush, gland rope, check nut, shaft sleeves etc. complete. Reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation including bringing back the same from workshop after necessary servicing and testing the same after proper mounting/refixing for entire satisfaction of Engr - in - Charge complete all as specified and directed of capacity 5 HP.
