Taking down unsv HT under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured HT electric power under ground cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core with necessary fixing arrangements such as lungs, glands and terminal etc. complete all as specified as directed.

Supply and fix air break switch gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mechanism, switch air break gang operated mounted on 15 Nos insulator and steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore GI Pipe and locking arrangements worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps, HT 11 KV grade including drop out fuses and necessary silver coper coating jumpers and making all electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers, nut size 150 mm height 150mm dia, 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part - I of size 120 mm outer dia and 103.5 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft /loose complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material from the site to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Disconnecting electrically indoor/outdoor step-up/stepdown transformer of capacity up to 1000 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lowering down/getting out from 2/4 pole structure/plinth or inside sub station for major repairing/minor repair complete all as specified and directed .

M&l for draining out complete transformer oil from transformer up to 1000 KVA capacity at site which found minor repair and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re-use (after repair) and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for inspection/examination of core assembly, after minor repairs its fixing in original position, or for major repairs transformer to make it ready for transportation to carry out rewinding work in workshop (Transportation charges deemed to be included in this item)

Transportation of unserviceable transformer of capacity up to 100 KVA from site to workshop and return back for installation it on original position/location after repairing from workshop (Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and man power) complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 12.00 above but of capacity above 200 KVA to 250 KVA

All as per item No 12.00 above but of capacity above 315 KVA to 1000 KVA

Shifting of Transformer of capacity up to 100 to 400 KVA from MES store Yard/Sub Stn (indoor/outdoor) for installation in place of unserviceable transformer and back after replacing with repaired transformer

Material and labour in factory opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts & washers etc and taking out core assembly from tank by disconnecting from tap changer HT & LT side bushing stud to outside by dismantling the channel and disconnecting star delta connection for transformer of capacity up to 250 KVA . After dismantling of Transformer and physical joint inspection of core coil assembly (removing all 3 limbs HV &LV winding from Core Assembly) washing of core assembly by hot oil for removing brunt carbon and copper particals and cleaning of complete top yoke by oil. reassemble of complete core assembly and core coil assembly providing new coils and new tap leads of tap changer including requisite insulation material. Re Tanking tightening of top cover fixing of HV & LV Bushing, tap changer connection, WTI & OTI Connection and CT connection. Filling of oil, conservation tank ready for final testing all as directed in presence of rep of MES. Note : (A) In case of replacement of LV / HV bushing / spindles / rewinding of HV / LV coils / top changer etc will be paid separately under respective items (B) Following test shall be conducted before installation & commissioning. (i) Insulation Resistance Test (by 5000 V megger) (ii) Ratio Test (ii) Double voltage & double frequency Test (iv) Transformer oil value BDV test (v) Tap changing test of load for all tap position .

All as per item No 16.00 here-in -before but capacity of transformer 315 to 1000 KVA.

Supply only LT/HT coils for rewinding with copper wire DPC/super enamelled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedance including requisite insulating paper/material in each layer of winding after taking down old existing winding of LT/HT coils of 11 KV transformer complete. Note : (i) The rate quoted against these items is inclusive necessary provision of all types of insulating materials , heating and varnishing etc.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed

Supplying and fixing in replacement (at site/workshop), Porcelain Transformer bushing on LT (440 Volt) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity up to 100 KVA and re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note. The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transformer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and suitable size pad type bus bar aluminium and nut bolt washers etc.

Supply and fill in replacement silica gel for transformer complete all as directed

Material and labour for comprehensive and preventive maintenance of transformer including taking shunt down from main substation and drain out the transformer oil and to be collected in barrel by opening the transformer cover of capacity up to 1000 KVA by unscrewing the nuts, bolts and washers and kept in safe custody and reuse the same, and checking the any type of leakage from both HT and LT side including cleaning the sludge etc depositing in the core and tank by using soft brushes and clean with old transformer oil, refilling of transformer oil including refixing of top cover including nuts, bolts etc and testing the input & output voltage and adjustment of the voltage through tape changer if required complete for entire satisfaction of engineer in-charge.

M&L for Repairs/maintenance of 11KV HT VCB Panel of any make and type, size and capacity complete including the following :- (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB/OCB of 400/630/800 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply, checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT VCB trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of insulating. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contact & blowing out dust from bus bar chamber, spout gear mechanism and applying the proper lubrication/greasing and reassembling the VCB connection, testing, commissioning and putting on load complete all as directed. (b) Taking out all types of relay from HT11KV VCB panel and cleaning the contact and adjust the contact. (c) Testing & Calibration the all type of relay e.i. master tripping relay, Over current & earth fault relay, DC supply supervision relay, PT fuse failure relay with testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - Consumable item will be paid separately.

Material and labour for emergency maintenance work for HT/LT supply system during breakdown by deploying skilled labour and electricians at faulty site having gang of minimum 4 persons including transportation and other tools and plant required at site for fault rectification. Note:- Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 500 per fault per hour shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues.

Opening of top cover for Voltage Stabilizers of capacity up to 150 KVA, testing these for confirming to fault, draining out transformer oil in dry and clean container and keeping it in safe custody for reuse and dismantling/taking out of following unserviceable parts including replacement of other spares :- (a) Dimmer assembly of Voltage Stabilizer. (b) Series transformers of servo voltage stabilizers.

Servicing of Servo Voltage Stabilizer of capacity up to 150 KVA cleaning with CRC removing dust particles from spout gear mechanism and moving parts, tightening all nuts and bolts, insulation of all wires, over-hauling, lubricating with fresh grease including assembling operation and putting on load complete all as specified as directed
