Sub Head - I

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of central graphical fire alarm management system to centrally monitor and operate the fire alarm system etc. complete as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of intelligent analog addressable photothermal detector complete with mounting base etc. complete as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of intelligent addressable thermal detector with rate of rise cum fixed temperature thermistor etc. complete with base as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of response indicator on surface/recessed MS Box having two LED, metallic cover complete with all connections etc. as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of fault isolator etc. complete with base as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of addressable fire control module etc. complete as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of addressable manual call point etc. complete as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of addressable horn cum strobe etc. complete as required.

Supplying & laying of 2 X 1.5 sq.mm. fire alarm armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having XLPE insulation, steel wire armouring & FRLS outer sheath etc. complete as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Addressable monitor module, etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of EN-54/UL Certified based EVAC PA controller capable to integrate with existing system and support to connect over IP capable of adding 12 zones in the system and expandable upto 256 zones with 14 x 4 Audio matrix with full DSP functionality, 8 audio inputs, 4 audio outputs, 4 channel output matrix, Shall support the following: single line switching or redundant group A/B switching, amplifier redundancy, 4 x 100 V audio inputs and 12 speaker line outputs, Including Splicing, Junction Box, Patch cords etc. Fire Alarm Panel and PA Controller should be of same make etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Digital call station shall be an EN54-16/UL certified user interface etc. complete as required. It shall be designed in a modern and robust chassis with a graphical display.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Digital 2 x 500 W Class D, high efficiency low power amplifier shall be an EN54-16/UL certified system etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 15 W high efficiency ABS horn loudspeaker with weather protection IP65 Approved etc. complete as required, can be of any approved make.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1.5 / 3 / 6 W ceiling speaker etc. complete as required, can be of any approved make.

Supplying & drawing of Speaker cable Single pair, 2-core, 1.5 sq. mm. cable fire retardant PVC Insulated copper conductor cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel conduit including connections and interconnections etc. Complete as required.

Dismantling of the existing Addressable fire detection system, Public address system, i/c devices, cables and other accessories, shifting and storing the same as per instructions of Engineer in charge etc. complete as required.

Sub Head -II MAINTENANCE AFTER GUARANTEE PERIOD Comprehensive maintenance of complete IAFAS + PAS on yearly basis after expiry of free maintenance of 24 months under warranty period.

1st year after expiry of 24 months free guarantee period

2nd year after expiry of 24 months free guarantee period

3rd year after expiry of 24 months free guarantee period

4th year after expiry of 24 months free guarantee period

5th year after expiry of 24 months free guarantee period

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT 1. Approved/Acceptable Makes of Intelligent addressable fire detection system & Public address system are HONEYWELL, BOSCH, JOHNSON CONTROL, EDWARD & GAMEWELL. 2. In case OEM is directly bidding for the tender OEM will give a confirmation that they will provide after sales support for TEN years. 3. The tenderer will have to produce an authorization letter of OEM specific to this tender to quote against this tender on printed letter head in ORIGINAL of the OEM. 4. OEM will also confirm in the same letter that they will be directly responsible to provide after sales support for TEN years. 5. The Intelligent addressable fire detection system & Public address system should be separate and of same make, integrated panel is not acceptable. 6. In case of UL certified intelligent addressable main fire alarm panel should be minimum 10th edition & for Detectors should be of minimum 7th edition. 7. The Single intelligent addressable main fire alarm panel should be of 10 Loops. 8. It is to be ensured that Intelligent addressable fire detection system & Public address system could work independently as well as in sync. 9. It is mandatory to fill the technical sheet. 10. Maintenance schedule to be submitted along with the offer. 11. The main contract that is for Sub Head- I shall be concluded on successful supply installation, Testing & Commissioning of systems. For Comprehensive maintenance work (Sub Head - II), Supplementary Agreement will be drawn with the EE (E) concerned.

Note:- 1. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each operator. 2. The firm shall provide each operator with working cell phone. 3. The operators may be deputed for duty as per instruction of concerned SDE (E)/JTO (E). 4. Penalty shall be imposed in case of absence of any operator as per T & C of contract. 5. The GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes shall be quoted by the firm as applicable as per latest amendments of GST Rules. 6. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 7. Servicing Scrap items will be credited to the firm. The rate may be quoted accordingly. 8. Bidder must mandatorily quote for all GST components (CGST, SGST, and IGST) as required. 9. If annual maintenance contract charges are required to be quoted as per SOW, basic charges should be shown in column 4 & the Goods and Service Tax (GST) in column 7 to 12. 10. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services. 11. In case, dealer is registered under compounding scheme or any rule/notification where the BSNL is not eligible for input tax credit then the bidder should not disclose any amount in column 7 to12 & 14. 12. % age Rate of FF & Packing should be shown of basic unit price excluding all taxes & charges (i.e. as %age of col.4). 13. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc. 14. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers. 15. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST. Declaration by Bidder 1. We hereby declare that in quoting the above prices, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under the GST Act introduced w.e.f. 1 July 2017 and further extended on more items till date. 2.
