Demolition of brick/stone work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry built in pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) and set in CM 1:6 exc. 10 cm in width complete all as specified and directed

All as per above Item No 2 but except material , set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

M&L for 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in coping, bed plate etc incl necessary form work all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc comoplete all as specified.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E-250) Quality -A all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete in 1:2;4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases)

Dismantling barbed wire fencing of any description

S & F for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straning bolts, incl, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel, wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured separately).

S&F zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (Dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 Kg per coil all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of read oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of Priming plastered with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & directed.
