Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including racking out joints, hacking key & scrubbing down with water complete all as directed.

Demolition cement concrete n'exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing coat ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premesises complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying of floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces for fixing of wall tiles as in dado/skirting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile 600mmx600 mm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile 600mmx600 mm, in vertical surface etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile 300mmx300 mm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F non skid, scratch resistant, stain resistant, parking tiles tiles 40cm x 40cm x 12 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base/base of footpath/plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base/base of footpath/plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down of existing Roof treatment from roof and fence and covering surface of old concrete roof by picking , sweeping clena and washing down with water remove dust, etc and applying roof treatement with the following specifications: (a) Rendering 15mm th in cm (1:4) fixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plaster surfaces for 7 days by ponding water over the roof (leveling coure) (b) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conforming to IS- 3384-1088@ 0.30 litre per sqm on th cleaned plastered surfaces (c) Applying layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm th (minimum) weighing 3.50 kg per sqm (reinforced with polyster non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per sqm by torch application . The overlap shall not less than 100mm onn the reverse direction and 75mm longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps. (e) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint of 0.10 ltr sqm over APP based polymeric membrane.

Removing of vegitation incl roots from wall and roof of bldg,mouth of rain/waste water pipe,height upto 12m including necessary scaffolding works, cutting of wall/roof etc to remove complete root of vegetations and applying blue vitriol at the root of vegetation and making good the damaged portion with CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate.

M&L for 20mm thich cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% and applying water proffing treatment on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modifed cementitious composit compound as specified and approved & cement slurry two layers, 1st layer @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm, & the second layer slurry @0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed 0.126 Kg of compound complete with min 4 hours allowed to air cure between these layers and applying 200 µ polyflim with adhesive.

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in sunken floor and bathroom area complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be paid seprately under relevant item of this schedule.

M & L for applying evenly coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China EWC wash down water closet (padestal pattern, white ) including PVC Sheet cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore angle stop valves cast copper alloy,fancy type with chromium plated for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth with using WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC Will be measured and paid seperately.

S & F in repairs G I Wire netting 0.9 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc., in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc., including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Floor door stopper 14cm long of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised,with hard drawn steel spring,fixed in repairs in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete
