Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc complete and setting aside complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel earth wire from existing overhead service feeder etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size from existing overhead service feeder etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing Steel poles/ struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation demolition of concrete transportation cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soft/loodse soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying and punning to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured).

M&L for fly ash bricks locally available of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/MS base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 , 9 meter long complete including PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm stone graded stone aggregate) in foundation and coping with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed. Note: Earth work and PCC for pole fixing will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ FPB etc including fair finish even and fir to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as coping of pole/panel including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/laying 40mm bore, steel tubings, galvanised, light grade with all fitting laid across road , in trenches or across PCC drain or along electric pole or floor/wall etc for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.(Make : TATA/JINDAL/ Prakash)

M&L for testing in trenches or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade, heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 3.5 core, duly glanded at ends complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Metal route indicator of height 600 mm duly written "LT CABLE" to be fixed with PCC on every 30 mtrs, cost of route indicator and PCC for fixing of indicators to be included in the item rate.)

M&L for wiring for circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire in PVC conduit with FR PVC insulated copper conductor , 2 x 1.5 Sqmm + 1 x 1.5 Sqmm single core (or Three core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor) in surface complete including necessary MS clamps after taking down old u/s wiring of any condition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing junction box made of Polycarbonate with IP 65 degree of protection , dust proof, water tight, light weight, acid resistant, corrosion proof inslated & shock proof, fire retardant, self extinguishing, halogen & silica free non-toxic material, UV resistant, with internally ebbedded gasket fitted with required terminals for upto size 25 sqmm 4 core cable and including 1x10A SP MCB fitted on DIN Rail and cable entry from down including Glands complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Hensel K9250 or eqv make of M/s Sintex Industries Ltd, M/s C&S Electric)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metreswith top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by alternative layer of charcoal dust and salt with thickness of 150mm to a packed thickness of 150 mm on all sides with and including necessary exacavation earth work including GI strip 25 X 4 mm as earthing lead connected with bolted and reverted to earth plate at one end in and connected to continuous GI strip 25 X 4 mm and including all as shown in electrical plate No 3, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.
