Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor MV Feeder Pillar Panel with double door arrangement, outer shell made up of 3mm and inner front, top covers and partitions made up of 2mm CRCA sheet steel, door dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, including providing and fixing 400A Aluminium Bus bar with all accessorieswelding and earthing suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Power Supply System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedestal, Cable Entry provision etc. as required i/c. dismantling the old panel and handed over to AAI store and providing required brick pedestal etc. complete and comprising of following:-

a. 200Amps Change over Switch and 200A, 35 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal magnetic releases as incomer with R,Y,B,ON, OFF, TRIP indication lamps, resin cast CT's with multifunction meter - 1 set as incomer. b. 63A, 25KA, 4P MCCB with thermal magnetic releases as incomer with ON, OFF, TRIP indication lamps, resin cast CT's with digital meter as outgoing - 6 Sets. As outgoing. c. TP contact MNX80, L&T or equivalent contractor with 24 hrs. digital timer along with 2A, SP MCB and control wiring for Street light/Hi-mast lighting control - 1 set. with all necessary accessories etc. complete as required. (a to c above)

Supply and fixing of 100amps Four pole ON Load Change over switch including Extendable handle in the existing feeder pillar including connection etc., as required L&T make Cat No.CO11000OOOO or equivalent etc., as required.

Supply and fixing of 200amps Four pole ON Load Change over switch including Extendable handle, in the existing feeder pillar including connectionetc., as required. L&T make Cat No. CO22000OOOA or equivalent etc., as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

a) OD - 63mm (Nominal) & ID-51mm (Nominal)

b) OD - 120mm (Nominal) & ID-103mm (Nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

a) Upto 35 sq. mm

b) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

a) up to 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

b) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required.

a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

a) 3.5 x 35 Sq.mm.

b) 3.5 x 50 Sq. mm.

c) 3.5 x 70 Sq.mm.

d) 3.5 x 95 Sq.mm.

Supply and making straight through cable joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1KV grade as required.

a) 3.5 x 35 Sq.mm.

b) 3.5 x 50 sq.mm

c) 3.5 x 70 sq.mm

d) 3.5 x 95 sq.mm

Providing & Laying of 100mm dia 'B' class G.I pipe with GI fittings i/c Concrete road cutting, excavation, laying the G. I Pipe in depth of 30cm, re-filling with cement concrete 1:2:4 and making good the same etc., as required.

a) 100 mm dia.

Providing & Laying of 100mm dia 'B' class G.I pipe with GI fittings i/c cutting Bituminous surface, (30cm deep) re-filling with cement concrete and making good surface the same as required.

a) 100 mm dia.

Earthing with Copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement, 20mm GI watering pipe of 2.7 metre long and 40mm GI Pipe of 2.7metre long for supply and laying of 25 X 5mm thick copper strip with charcoal/ coke and salt etc., as required.

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x60x75 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mmnominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design etc., as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 3 mm thick copper strip inside of 40mm G.I. Pipe ground/surface as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm) overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut etc., as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Replacement of existing broken and damaged RCC/CI earth pit enclosure with new 10mm thick MS chequred cover plate with opening arrangement size of 300mm x 300mm including civil repair works and making good surface the same etc., as required.
