Execution of items of schedule of rates CPWD DSR-2022 as per site condition and per direction of E-I-C at different locations in operational area/OTB/Power House/CCR/Firestation/Hangar and other locations. The bidder shall quote the rate for 01 (one) job corresponding to the value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Ex.GST) in INR only and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly. Note: The rate provided in DSR 2022 is inclusive of GST, however the contractor has to quote the amount in rate column, excluding GST, the payment shall be made to contractor as mentioned in special conditions of tender document.

Supply and fixing of CPRI tested, ISI marked, Class A Electrical insulation mat having minimum thickness of 2mm for working voltage upto 3.3kV, confirming to IS: 15652:2006, infront of LT panels fixing using suitable adhesive material as per recommendation of manufacturer and as per direction of E-I-C.

Supply and fixing of CPRI tested, ISI marked, Class C Electrical insulation mat having minimum thickness of 3 mm for working voltage upto 33 kV, confirming to IS: 15652:2006, infront of HT panels fixing using suitable adhesive material as per recommendation of manufacturer and as per direction of E-I-C.

Spray Painting of Electrial Panels with same as existing colour with minimum two coates and finish along with marking the lines,writing the description as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing/Retrofitting of following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and suitable necessary connecting arrangement, extended rotary handle in existing cubicle panel board including modification of bus bars(as required), modification/replacement of door to make good finish including providing R,Y,B indication lamps and painting, marking on particular cubicle, making connections, etc. as required as per site condition and as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supply and Fixing of 450 mm , 1400 RPM heavy duty exhaust fan working on single phase 230/240V, AC Supply including motor mounting brackets, shutters, all accessories including removal of existing fan(if any), connections as required as per direction of E-I-C.

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box,water tight round type,metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe(Double Hole type) and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.
