Demolition of reinforced cement concrete work, RCC tank of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in two layers of 10mm each using water proofing compound in top layer only including finishing the surface even and fair(WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick coba/cement concrete (unreinforced) from existing roof/terrace etc and also removing/taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retreived debris in low lying area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) over RCC roof surface to receive roof treatment finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for providing, laying water proofing treatment over plastered surfaces of RCC roof shall be as under:- (a) The dried plastered surface of slab shall be painted with one coat of bituminous primer @0.4 liter/Sqm. (b) Over the primed surface a layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight of 3 kg/sqm of approved manufacturer minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160gms/sqm) shall be laid by torch application method. The side over laps of membrane shall be minimum75mm and the end laps shall be minimum 100mm and sealing all overlaps and joints shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction. (c) The finished surface shall be given Aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm on APP as per manufacturer's instructions. M&L for treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified.:- Note:- Cost of the following specification shall be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height ) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely . 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope includiing cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout.

M&L rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed , nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (WPC shall be measured and paid separately )

All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

After drying putty , wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height . The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm . When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per menufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout ( WPC Shall be measured & paid separately)

Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test ) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is inclued in the rates quoted.

All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint.

Two nos 50mm bore GI pipe medium grade 600mm long spout shall be provided through external wall to drain out accumulated water.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area exceeding 0.06 sqm but not excdeeding 0.11 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 20 mm thick screed bed or beding layer of CM 1:6 for fixing of tile in skirting complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 450x300x 7mm thickness in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 10 mm thick backing layer of CM 1:3 for fixing of tiles on wall complete all as specified and as directed.
