Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all works upto plinth level ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) with 20% boulders 1 cement 3 coasre sand 6 stone aggregate grade , with 20mm nominal size .crushed (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-modular) brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Extra for brick work in Super structure above plinth level upto floor V level (By manual means) (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Centering and shittering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work Foundation footing bases of columns etc (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Providing nd laying Damp Proof course 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and curing complete (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

12 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement 6 fine sand ) (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of requried shade New work(one or more coat )applied @2.20.kg/10 sqm over priming coat of primer applied @0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed works including cutting , hoising, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and painting all complete (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , finishing and reinforcement All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (including all carriages lead and lift if any)
